Each person took a genuine interest in Debbie and I were very impressed with the personal and professional approach we experienced at D'Arcy Hyundai. Each person took a genuine interest in our needs and questions, and patiently explained features, financing, etc. We felt comfortable throughout the entire process, never pressured. We remarked to each other that it felt like we were the only customers there--that's how much the staff seemed to concentrate on our questions and needs. Of course, there were other customers being taken care of, but they made us feel special! The process from beginning to driving off the lot was smooth. Frankie, Bill, Mike and Francisco (who spent the most time with us) deserve an A+ for their customer care and professionalism. I will recommend them to others. More

Immediate professional and friendly service We were a little bent out of shape when we arrived at the dealership. Our old Sonata had died.
