Worst Dealership I have ever worked with! Crappy service department, and they sold me a BRAND NEW vehicle with a repaired rim. When I tried to get it resolved through them they did nothing. Crappy service department, and they sold me a BRAND NEW vehicle with a repaired rim. When I tried to get it resolved through them they did nothing. I will never buy another vehicle from them or GM! In addition, I had them take the tire off of the bad rim to show them the patch that was on on the outside and where the tire company had put the patch on the inside, they destroyed the valve stem. I had to take my car to discount tire to get a new vavle stem. Also I called Chris Jett (the service manager to set an appointment. When he called me back he thought I was a mechanic that was applying for a position there. Obviously he not very organized and pretty much sucks as a service manager. The only thing I will say is they did wash my car. More

Service advisor of the year Brian Deutsch was by far the most amazing service advisor I have ever dealt with. He made everything be flawless and answered any question I've had Brian Deutsch was by far the most amazing service advisor I have ever dealt with. not happy with customer service Brought car in for service because antifreeze was leaking.they diagnosed the problem only to have same problem resume.car had to be towed back in only Brought car in for service because antifreeze was leaking.they diagnosed the problem only to have same problem resume.car had to be towed back in only to be told it was something else which they fixed ,but was far less of a fix than what they charged me for the initial fix.survey person called to rate experience for service and was told it was going to be Brought to management's attention.manager never called after she was told what time I could be reached.not happy with be charged for something that did not need to be replaced. Best GM facility for service I had some warranty work for paint, lane departure sensors and leather seat problems. There was a recall and oil change that had to be done too. Emilio was great to work with and kept me informed. He made sure I was taken care of and understood what was going on with my vehicle. He helped me get into a rental vehicle. He is a big reason I bring all of my GM vehicles to D'Arcy for service regardless if I bought them there or not. More

The business(overall) is extremel We brought our 2013 GMC Terrain to D'Arcy Buick GMC for the free oil change we received when we purchased the truck. The business(overall) is extremely clean including the bathrooms. The waiting area is the best one I have ever been in with very comfortable chairs, big TV, reading material, free water and pop. There was also a waiting area with the same chairs but away from the TV where you can carry a conversation or do work on a laptop. Oh yeah, free WIFI as well. I could go on and on but I won't bore you with what you already know. From the minute we brought our truck in every person was so nice and accommodating. It took about an hour but you hardly notice it in the waiting room. Another great surprise was every half an hour a staff member would ask if anyone needed a ride anywhere. Are you serious? Our salesman noticed us and came over to say hi and to find out the status of the oil change. I just love this company and would not want to go anywhere else to be honest. More
