Brand new vehicles come from manufacturer, if there is any type of cosmetic damage at time of delivery we do arrange to have repaired before sale. . When we brought in GM to review the claim they ultimately offered assistance unfortunately they denied 100% percent coverage. We sincerely apologize for any frustration stemming from your service visit as we certainly are in the business of helping people.

GM contacted YOU, then told me there wss no way to prove it. Now why would they do that? So they basically called me a liar after speaking to YOU! YOU sold me the vehicle with a defective rim. YOU should have replaced the rim! YOUR actions show 0 accountability! Don't hide behind GM! Be accountable and replace the rim!
