I called Carlos on Wednesday requesting the information and he promised me a call back before he left for the evening. No call. I called just prior to closing time, only to be told he had already left. It's now midday on Thursday and still no call. It's time to go to a different dealership as it's clear they are not interested in selling a vehicle More

I was upfront and told him my situation what I could not afford and my issue of my upside down loan scenario and him and the finance team found a deal that was affordable for me I did not feel like anyone got over on me I walked away feeling good about my decision even though it took Matt and I a few months to get to this level I appreciated his patience and I thank you all for just being human and understanding and not caring about the sale but about the customer.
