D'Addario is the best Nissan Dealership in the area. We drive down from Middletown to get new cars. We always do 2 at once - no games, no shenanigans, and never any issues. I purchased A Nissan pathfinder from this dealership. My buying experience was fine, but the service center has been beyond awful since day one. Every time I walk in I am greeted with looks of distain and buying experience was fine, but the service center has been beyond awful since day one. Every time I walk in I am greeted with looks of distain and general annoyance that I had the nerve to walk through the door. I am also referred to as sweetie, honey or dear. Today was my last straw, I went in with a simple issue but the man behind the counter wouldn't help me, he just kept telling me I didn't know what I was talking about. I'm done, I'll find a good mechanic elsewhere. From this point on, Honda or Toyota will get my business. More

DO NOT COME HERE! Worst experience ever! THEY GAVE ME A FLAT TIRE out of retaliation!!!! and want me to pay for it when my car came in due to their lies and mistakes and in great condition before going in FLAT TIRE out of retaliation!!!! and want me to pay for it when my car came in due to their lies and mistakes and in great condition before going in! And came out after 8 days like that when I just got a tired rotation/pressure and by them less than 24 hours before Here’s a more detailed list DO NOT COME HERE! Every visit I have had was a bad experience TIL THIS DAY(Here now) and I’ve been here about 5-6 times in two years .... For starters, I was given a vehicle with broken front A/C and broken speakers(staticy(2/4).... I go to get them fixed With an oil change that comes with car wash and vacuuming of front area.... I get my car back and they tell me it’s fixed, they were not! And my car was not wash either... I was very confused on why they took so long and looked like nothing was done... I was told to come back in a few days Because they didn’t have the speakers in stock(so how did you just fix/replace them now?) .... they ended up not ordering enough and I had to return again..... when I did they told me I would receive a rental car, turns out I was not able to and I had to miss class.....then I returned for a dent repair.... 1. they didn’t tell me to go to the collision center down the street 2. I try to make sure I can receive a rental they said yes you should have no problem.... get there Day of couldn’t get one at the time they said I waited 5 hours and had to miss work... my car was suppose to stay there for 5 days(M-F) it ended up being 8... I never got any call on updates, what’s exactly wrong , when I can pick up my car, I called on the day I was suppose to finished xxxx near closing time to get some sort of an update as I need to plan my life on whether I can pick up car that day before I be charged for not returning the car in time .....I was told would get it back Monday mind you last minute....then I call Monday near closing time again trying to give them another chance to call me and let me know SOMETHING. They said I would recieve my car Back Tommorow , couldn’t give me a time ... with such short notice they proceed to say well if you don’t come in you will be charged which is unfair .... when I picked up my car my tire was low .... it didn’t go in that way and why would it leave the shop that way? ....I’m here now trying to fix Tires and my speakers once again( which they say I can’t put my music high volume and listen to certain songs because it messes up the speakers and told me warranty won’t cover the repair again and also was told that I had to be willing to pay for the speakers if they order them and they didn’t need to be replace ... it’s the same issue from last time if I’m telling they need to be replace they do and if it turns out they don’t then oh well that’s y’all problem it’s y’all fault they need to be replace in the first place and management told me that and that’s crazy that they would go that far to tell me hey if I order this part and it’s not necessary our money is going to waste and we want you to pay for it instead ....so I’m leasing a car, so much money, and I can’t use everything to its full capability because the quality is poor)... and with my tires they are saying my two rare tires Have nails in them but when I can for oil change/tire pressure and rotation/dent repair 8 days prior nothing was wrong with them so why am I paying for it especially when the car was returned to me that way ! Like am I being played/retaliated on? This Is a joke. I was also told by management I would have a car complimentary ready for me today and guess what I get here and there’s no cars available so cancelled plans again... This place overall has bad and rude customer service! The employees/management don’t communicate effectively and never return messageS and/or call back from voicemails. Management Dan and Ed are both no help at resolving issues and are just as rude and unprofessional as well. They things they say to try to stastify you they cannot even fall through on and/or another problem occurs as you can see above. They tell you’re complaining and that you’re wrong for being distatfied by their service and lies and that’s baffling how even management is this way so there’s no avoiding it . Today would be my last visit here ever and I would not recommended this place to anyone ever ! More

Terrible purchasing experience After committing verbally to purchasing a new vehicle we test drove and getting a written out the door price, the experience was woeful. If I could have torn up the agreement with the bank check deposit I made I would have before the experience got just worse. The dealership offered Nissan financing at 0% APR. But when we said we would take it, oh the price of the car was now $1,000 more. So we stuck with our own financing which we got in 20 mins. We could have done that before hand if we were told, so they wasted our time here. I also told the sales person that I was trusting them. I did not goto another dealer, I did not haggle, but what trust was given in return, it just continued to get worse with the experience. We emailed the salesperson the form for dealer to complete the same day we agreed to purchased. Did not acknowledge. We called next day, did not return our call. So, wasting our time more. We called the following day, had to speak to a different person the sales manager, told dealing with USAA is all too hard for them which is a different story our finance company USAA told us. Never once did they apologize or even acknowledge for messing us up for 2 days in not returning our calls, and then delaying the agreed purchase date using our approved load, or just wasting our time even more. So already the customer service was woeful and we have not even got the car, or had to deal with service. So, we were forced then to have them go to a credit union so we could get THEIR agreed written amount and in the agreed timeframe, which was already 5 days after our agreeing to buy. Of course that is clearly a ploy to booster the sales person quotas. I then said that will affect my credit score, was told oh it won't we won't run it again. Total xx, I knew it would be. My credit score went down 14 points due to 2 inquiries for credit in 2 days. I have proof of this. I don't care about the interest rate for the loan, I care about the relationship and how you are treated. It was terrible, I will never recommend this dealership, in-fact I will go out of my way to not recommend then with friends and family. I will also go out of my way to write a review like this because others should not have this type of experience. You hope buying a car does not give you the experience you hear of dealing with car salespeople. Boy next time I will be reviewing in detail comments before, I'll be shopping around, and I just will not trust what I'm being told. Clearly my values were just trampled on. What hurts the most is all the time I and my wife wasted. We can't get that time back ever, and even if we were compensated for it, that's not the point. The score of 1 is the rating of the dealership and the two sales people. I will also be making it a point to write a letter of complaint to the dealer owner as well as Nissan. There is one business card that states "Award of Excellence winner" for multiple years including 2019. I want my voice heard that is not deserving of my experience. More
