Seamless, transparent & Efficient! I was actually assisting a friend on a car search when I noted the 2015 Volvo V60 D'Acquisto's had on their lot. I was "semi-interested" and because of many high recommendations for this dealership I decided to check it out - starting with an email via their website. Within 3 hours I received a response with an invitation to stop by and test drive the car, which I did that same day. Since I had a trade-in we talked values and quickly arrived at a hand-shake deal. Two days later we drove home in our "new" (to us) Volvo. Frank & Lennie are wonderful to deal with, the quality of the vehicles on their lot is very selective and above average, and they do what they say. This purchase was probably one of the best overall car purchases I have made - and I highly recommend D'Aquisto Motors. More

I was lucky enough to have a car to drive for free during a 7 month window from November to May when I was looking for a new vehicle to replace my beloved 2007 Saturn Vue that was just a bit long in the tooth. This meant I was able to be super thorough in my research and spend plenty of time looking over different vehicles and getting real picky about the feature set I wanted. After settling on either a Jeep Compass or Renegade I started visiting dealers around Milwaukee based on online postings I saw on various sites (cars dot com, cargurus, etc) and the only common thread I found was that all of them felt slimey AF. Every time I'd take a test drive I'd have some thirsty dude sitting next to me feeding me info that contradicted what I had found in my own research which meant they were either full of crap or lying to me - both unacceptable. Worse yet were the ones who post certain hot vehicles they don't actually have so when you go to see them you get an 'oh, we just sold it but we have this instead' load of flimflam. Frustration was setting in and I was worried that even with 7 months to shop I was still going to end up settling. At this point it was near the end of April and I was running out of time to find a vehicle. Check the online listings again and this vehicle pops up at a small corner lot with the best customer service reviews I have ever seen. I go check it out and Lennie lets me take it for a drive by myself! What a great introduction and a way for me to get one on one with the vehicle and not have to listen to an earload of high pressure sales or defensive nagging! He immediately put me at ease and I decided there and then I had found my car and my dealer. He was super friendly with a warm disposition and easy to communicate with. The whole purchasing process was transparent, fair, and there was none of the high pressure crap you get from the big guys. Even the paperwork fees were significantly smaller than the other dealers I had visited. Lennie was very patient with me as I went through the week-long process of securing my own financing with my own bank rather than trying to force me into a high interest loan using threats of selling the vehicle from underneath me (another neat trick I had encountered at other big dealers). And for the record the financing quoted for me at D'Acquisto was very fair. When the day came they had it out ready for me to drive off with a fresh coat of wax and even some tire shine. The inside was immaculately clean and you would never guess the car wasn't new despite being 6 years old. Lennie was also understanding when my cash down payment got mixed up in all the other paperwork and I had to come back right after to give him the cash I had forgotten to hand over (oops!). Overall I cannot recommend this place enough and next time I find myself in the car market this is where I will start. So happy I ended up here and love my new Jeep so far! More
