The staff at Cypress Coast Ford Lincoln were top notch. We went in looking for a Ford Escape of a certain color, year, and options. They did not have the one we wanted on the lot, but quickly located one f We went in looking for a Ford Escape of a certain color, year, and options. Since we are Seniors, and have not ever driven one of the newer model cars, when we asked for a "Loner" Courtesy car to drive home, John wasn't there, and we did not get a good explanation of how to use it, or lock it. No one showed us where the "Remote" lock gizmo was located deep in the middle console, chamber, out of sight, so we could not figure out how to lock-up the car for the night, in our driveway, and we were concerned it might be stolen. Please tell staff to better inform us older customers, when we have to use a newer model loaner car. More
