I am writing this review of Cyber Car Store (located at 304 South Pinellas Avenue, Tarpon Springs, Florida 34689) due to the exceptional service and value provided. Unfortunately, my son had his “recently paid-off” 2000 Honda Civic vehicle stolen from his place of employment, Lowry Park Zoo, Tampa, Florida, during the Holiday Season of 2012. My son is a full-time college student, who also works 30+ hours at Lowry Park Zoo. After dealing with both our fits of anger, we set out to find another vehicle for my son. Well, first of all, my general impression of some of the car dealerships in the “Tampa/St Petersburg/Clearwater” area is as follows: “How can you tell when a car dealer is lying? When his or her lips are moving.” For more than two months, I scoured both “private and dealer” car ads from AutoTrader.com, Web2Carz.com, Cars.com, Truecar.com, etc. focusing mainly “clean” CARFAX vehicles. I researched and evaluated more than 80 different vehicles with least three potentially to turning in a contract for purchase. Of these three “potential” cars, all had been involved in accidents, which was discovered during a $20-$50 inspection by a car mechanic. I was at the point of giving up. Finally, I came across a car advertisement from AutoTrader.com featuring a vehicle from Cybercarstore.com. At this point, I was skeptical but was thoroughly surprised to find “VALUE” at Cybercarstore.com dealership. After paying for and passing vehicle inspection, I brought a 2005 “one-owner/Clean CarFax” vehicle with 48,000 miles for less than $8800 for my son. Well, this exceeded all of my expectations to the highest levels (5 of 5 stars). First of all, Mr. Leon Kreisler (Manager) stated his goal was 100% positive customer feedback. I met with Mr. Haim Goldenberg (Manager) and Mr. Vince DeMauro, who facilitated the “final steps” to close the deal. In summary, I stumbled on one of the best used car buying experience in “Tampa/St Petersburg/Clearwater” area. This was my first time buying a car from the Cyber Car Store. I did the negotiation over the phone for the Mercedes SL 500 without see the car in person on Saturday, January 12th. I will be checking their website on a weekly basis to check out their inventory.
