Wow, where do I begin. My buying experience online was at first very scary. I was so nervous about trusting the other person with my money & car. But Vince was super in easing my nerves. After I was certain I wanted the car. He said, You send us the money, and We will ship you the car. Its just that simple. And oh My God, was it simple. I wired the money & Vince shipped the car out, the very next day. He sent an email to confirm. He sent me pictures of the car on the truck. He sent me the guys cell number to keep in touch while my car was in route. And when it came down to the paperwork. This 2 person team at this dealership was SUPER PERFECT. I got forms faxed & submitted to me within minutes, and documents signed & refaxed within minutes. I could not believe it. When a transmission issue surfaced after purchase on a holiday weekend at the very end of my 30-day warranty, Cyber Car Store had my vehicle inspected by their mechanic and eventually took it into Tampa from Tarpon Springs to a mechanic who specializes in German car repair. Some tweaks were made but within a week after getting my car back the issue returned and Cyber Car Store stood by its promise of 100% customer satisfaction and the original 30-day warranty.
