Cutter Ford Mitsubishi - Service Center

Brought my vehicle in for service, ac was blowing warm air, when I got to the service department, I also told them that there was a clicking noise in the dash( blend gate actuator). Left my vehicle there air, when I got to the service department, I also told them that there was a clicking noise in the dash( blend gate actuator). Left my vehicle there for 2 days to fix the actuator, but ac is still warm. Never checked the other ac components while it was there for 2 days. Now I have to bring it back so they can check out the other parts. Why couldn't they check the lines, compressor and other items while it was just sitting there for the 2 days it was there? Also didn't they check for the main reason I brought my vehicle in. Since I brought my vehicle back home it smells of burnt rubber. More

It was very easy to drop the car off and was in and out very fast. Customer service was good. Decent/comparable prices for an oil change and tire rotation. The quote I was given for the repair on my breaks was higher than I expected, which brings up my issue. When I searched the parts on parts.ford.com, they were hundreds of dollars cheaper. Cutter is marki higher than I expected, which brings up my issue. When I searched the parts on parts.ford.com, they were hundreds of dollars cheaper. Cutter is marking up the price on the manufacturer parts for some reason, if you are able to do the work yourself, you can sometimes save money on the parts they would sell you from the same place and you can save buckets on labor costs.
