LIFE SAVERS! A couple of hoses on my 2016 F-150 cracked rendering my truck undrivable. I had it towed to the nearest Ford dealership (NOT Cutter Ford) and was told A couple of hoses on my 2016 F-150 cracked rendering my truck undrivable. I had it towed to the nearest Ford dealership (NOT Cutter Ford) and was told that the fix was not covered by my warranty. I had just purchased an extended warranty no more than a few months prior so I was shocked to hear the news. I asked the unnamed dealership to provide me with a detailed breakdown of the repair which took them several days to provide. The needed parts totaled $200, while the labor cost was $1,900! Feeling that there was something wrong, I called Cutter Ford and spoke with Noell Bylaardt and Sean Rodrigues who were incredibly professional and helpful. I had the truck towed once again from the unnamed dealership to Cutter Ford. Not only were the hose replacements covered under my warranty, but they discovered a couple of other minor items that needed to be addressed. Noell's thorough work literally saved me over $2,000 and the truck was delivered back to me BEFORE the date promised. I am a Cutter Ford customer for life and recommend Sean and Noell to anyone looking for stellar, genuine service. Mahalo Cutter Ford, Sean and Noell! More

Don’t buy used cars from this dealer I have purchased about 20 cars in my lifetime. My experience with cutter Ford has been the most disappointing experience I have had to date. If I could go back and undo the relationship and purchase I would. This has nothing to do with the vehicle, this is about the dealer. To be clear I agreed to buy a used car from the dealer, based on an agreement that the dealer would repair an issue with the sunroof prior to me taking possession of the vehicle no later than 7 days later (I had family coming to visit and needed the car). Over the next week I continued to reach out to the dealer to ensure the car would be ready, I received limited feedback with no clear timeline. On the last day they called me and said they did not have a timeline for the repairs to be completed. They offered me my car with the sun screen cover hanging down low enough to block my view out of the back of the car. They did do a hurried quick wash of the vehicle after I noted that the car was dirty and they were asking me to take ownership. Additionally, The dealer management told me that the delays were not their fault, and I would not recurve any type of compensation for the delays. Currently, I still have the car, it’s still not repaired, I have heard from the dealer twice in 14 days, and understand that the car will eventually be repaired. Finally, an interesting note, management informed me that the rental car I was told I would receive while my car is being repaired will not be provided. They stated that the the repair delay issue is not their fault and they don’t see a reason why they would need to make that commitment. It will be interesting for my wife and Kids to wait at the dealer for a what I estimate will be 8 hours of repair work. It is clear that This purchase is nothing more than a transaction to the dealership. My biggest regret is that I paid for the car in full. I Simply wish I would have gone with any of the other Five options I was considering. Now, I am just hoping the basic repairs get complete, they do a decent job cleaning up the car and I never have to deal with them again. More

Terrible The car sales white girl and Sean were very nice. We had no problems with them except that she didn't know the features of my vehicle. We decided to purchase our Ford Explorer after our three year lease expired. We told our sales girl that we just came to the dealership to purchase the residual plus whatever taxes that was left on our vehicle. The biggest problem that we had was with the guy who tried to add on ridiculous prices such as dealer and doc fees, gap insurance, and some other stuff that totaled over $5,000 in addition to the residual. He ignored our repeated requests. We had to really put our foot down. We repeated ourselves several times. In the end, we ended up getting what we wanted. Don't let this dealership bully you around. When in doubt, just walk because that's what we were going to do at that moment, then they finally gave in. More

Kellie cheerfully fit me in to her I brought my 2018 Ford Escape in to the Cutter Ford Service Dept for routine maintenance service on the WRONG day. Kellie cheerfully fit me in to her schedule anyway and my vehicle was serviced and ready to go as if I did have an appointment. I have been assisted by Kellie several times since I've had my escape and have always had a pleasant experience. More
