My 2016 F 150 was acting strange when starting engine. I am 2 months out from the end of my new truck warranty. I was going to replace my truck battery because it showed a low state of charge. Napa said it I am 2 months out from the end of my new truck warranty. I was going to replace my truck battery because it showed a low state of charge. Napa said it required a scan toll to change battery. So I called the dealer Cutter Ford on Saturday 2 hours before closing and they said they would check it out if I could get there before closing. The service counter personnel were very friendly and had my truck checked out right away. It was a bad battery and they replaced it at no charge to me. They also did a courtesy check of my brakes, tires and safety systems. I was out in around 1 hour. I was so pleased that it didn't cost me money and was done quickly. I would like to Thank all that were involved in putting me back on the road. aloha More

2019 F-250 Not Inspected / Prep for Damage Purchased new 2019 F-250, but when picking up the truck for delivery 7 days after purchase the Salesman found bumper damage just prior to driving the Purchased new 2019 F-250, but when picking up the truck for delivery 7 days after purchase the Salesman found bumper damage just prior to driving the new truck off the dealership lot. The dealership ordered a new bumper, but the replacement would take two days which required a loss of income for my self employed son. The dealership consumer relations representative was contacted, but refused to provide compensation for my son's loss of income for having to take two days off for the bumper replacement. This dealership had 7 days to identify the damage, but made no attempt to inspect the truck prior to delivery. More
