Anyone with half a brain would know that the registration on the new car would be the same as the old one but you brainless idiots decided to change it. Secondly we agreed to finance $12,000 not $12,000 plus a few hundred which only shows how dishonest you are. First Hawaiian Bank and Cutter ford both sent in hard inquiries which damaged my credit rating. I understand the bank but nobody gave you permission to check my credit. Your salesman was very nice and very professional. Too bad I can't say that about his bosses. Also if you need to communicate you need to communicate with me as my wife cannot read or write English so if you want to send her emails, please do it in Korean so she can understand. In the end we both are losers. I ended up paying more for the car than I should have and you ended up with a very unhappy customer who will badmouth you every chance I get. I am considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. More

First car purchase I went to a few dealerships around the island. I was led on the first car I was going to buy, they sold it as I was beginning the paperwork for it. The second place the salesman was over personal, rude, mocking my trade in which was sellable at around 8k, and telling me my credit wouldn’t work or I couldn’t make the payments. Then in the end wanted me to buy the car so bad they’d let me keep it until Wednesday to decide. I wasn’t happy with any of it. I went to cutter ford and was greeted by most of the people. I was looking for a car and found one that worked for me, and I didn’t know how to drive manual and the sales guy took me to a lot and showed me how. they were nice and worked on the price of the car with me, as well as my monthly payment. I was there well after they closed and they still got me set up. More

Last week, I stopped in to see my service advisor (Kellie Sue Walroth) to schedule ignition and door lock replacement for my truck. Sad to say, my service advisor of ten years was gone. Well, Noell Bylaardt was there and jumped into the void. She said that Kellie moved to Germany and said she could check on parts and appointment availability and cost estimate and call me. Within 1/2 hour, I received a good price and appointment. Noell was out there at check in. Great job! Noell is my new service advisor! More

Unexplained Oil Smell/Leak I took my 2005 Ford Mustang Convertible (4.0L V6, Auto) to Cutter Ford for a Transmission Service and Engine Oil/Filter Change. Amongst other minor i I took my 2005 Ford Mustang Convertible (4.0L V6, Auto) to Cutter Ford for a Transmission Service and Engine Oil/Filter Change. Amongst other minor items, Cutter Ford said there was an Engine Oil Leak. But I never noticed any Engine Oil leaking before, or any Oil smell, or the Oil level going down. When I picked up the car from Cutter Ford, I immediately noticed an Oil smell. I figured it would eventually burn off, but it has not gone away. Cutter Ford wants to charge a lot to diagnose where the “Oil Leak” is, and they mentioned a possible engine rebuild. The car has only 50K miles, and does not need to have the engine rebuilt. Anyway, I will not be going back to Cutter Ford. Honolulu Ford seems to have a nicer and smarter and more accommodating Staff. More
