Ford has always been our #1 vehicle choice and we have purchased several vehicles from Ford in the past As we are grateful Ford worked with us on the X-plan and financing, 10days have gone by and I have had to inquiry, and visit in person to find out where we stand on fixing this vehicle. I did receive a follow-up text msgs from Brian Chong on 27, 28, 30 Dec and a follow-up call from Sean Rodrigues on 27 Dec---but since then, I have add to initiate contact to find out what is happening. We are grateful for the rental car, but feel very unsure about this purchase. More

I dealt directly with Bobby (Sales manager) for the most part. Lance was the salesman involved with paperwork, etc. As usual Bobby provided outstanding customer service. I explained to him what I wanted for a vehicle and what I had to trade in. He provided me with a vehicle and informed me what deal he could make and we came to an agreement with no hassle involved. The most important thing . . . is to talk with the customer and let them know if issues were found and resolved, or that no issues were found, and the vehicle is ready to go. This needs to come first . . . and then, and only then is there any talk of payment. The customer must come first. When I owned my Acura . . . their focus was on receiving payment for service. I no longer own an Acura. Thank you for your support Ashley! I will be back for maintenance! More

The service department technicians are great. I take my car to be serviced every 5000 miles and there are no mishaps or problems.
