Poor Customer Service all around 1. The Service Rep did not go over the maintenance performed on my vehicle. She just walked me over to the Cashier, and went back to her counter. 2 1. When the service tech drove my truck up to the front, the floor mats on the driver's side was soaked and wet, and there was a stain on my seat. This is so unprofessional. I live in Kapolei, and if I need to drive to the town to Honolulu Ford to receive the type of service that I or any customer deserves, then it's worth the mileage. More

Reggie Padilla was our salesperson. He was courteous and knowledgeable and took very good care of us. He was patient when working out the financing with us and his bosses and we didn't feel pressured at al knowledgeable and took very good care of us.
