When the service tech drove my truck up to the front, the floor mats on the driver's side was soaked and wet, and there was a stain on my seat. This is so unprofessional. I live in Kapolei, and if I need to drive to the town to Honolulu Ford to receive the type of service that I or any customer deserves, then it's worth the mileage. More

Reggie Padilla was our salesperson. He was courteous and knowledgeable and took very good care of us. He was patient when working out the financing with us and his bosses and we didn't feel pressured at al knowledgeable and took very good care of us. We were really impressed with this young man who happens to be a former service member and Veteran. Ernie Salazar closed out the sale for us and really fought to give us the best deal. Purchased a 2019 Mustang GT and had a driveline vibration issue. Scheduled and appointment to look at the car. Veronica took care of getting the car looked at. The service department took me in on a holiday, worked on the car, and right after lunch the car was ready for pick up. The problem was fixed perfectly.
