This is the worst experience I have ever had. This dealership wasted my entire day. My boyfriend and I looked at a truck, made an offer that the office accepted, brought our truck for trade-in and tes dealership wasted my entire day. My boyfriend and I looked at a truck, made an offer that the office accepted, brought our truck for trade-in and test drove their truck. The service engine light comes on (they later admit the speedometer was defective), the passenger seat cannot be adjusted. We stick with our initial offer that they had accepted despite these unexpected problems with a brand new truck! While filling out papers, they then double the price they agreed to on their truck, offer us $5000 for our truck thats worth $30,000 (which they would have tried to sell for atleast $50,000 if we had agreed to the trade-in). We were immediately offended and they tried to "work on numbers" to make us happy....Their idea of fixing it was raising the price of their truck more and giving us more for our trade-in. Then, decreasing the price of their truck by $3000, while giving us slightly more for our truck for trade-in. Not okay! The caculations still would have ended up the same scam-artist price they tried to sucker us into for 6 hours! Edit: The manager, George, contacted us the following day to apologize for the previous days experience. He got us to come down again and got us a good deal on that new truck and our truck on trade-in. More
