Ordered a new part through the service department to be replaced on my vehicle. Service consultant notified me that my vehicle was good to go and ready for pick up. When vehicle was picked up, the same pro replaced on my vehicle. Service consultant notified me that my vehicle was good to go and ready for pick up. When vehicle was picked up, the same problem was still there and I immediately drove back to the service department. Service consultant checked out my vehicle and spoke with the Tech. My new part that was ordered was placed on another vehicle and my vehicle was never touched at all!! Just sitting in the garage for 3 hours and never looked at. I was lied to when the consultant that my vehicle was good and the problem was no longer there. More

Customer Service is horrible. The customer service rep, Crystal, started to screen my calls because they didn't want to talk to me anymore. I needed them to contact the car rent The customer service rep, Crystal, started to screen my calls because they didn't want to talk to me anymore. I needed them to contact the car rental to extend my rental car because it was taking even longer than expected to get the parts in, and still no answer. The bushing for the shifter in the Dodge Dart had a recall (V34). It is connected to the inside cable under the shifter but the cable is not on the recall. Even though the shifter bushing went bad causing the cable to become loose, they will not cover the loose cable. They have quoted me $800 to "tighten/replace" the cable, even thought this would never have gone out or became loose if it wasn't for the recall piece. I do not recommend buying any Dodge vehicles because the customer care is absolutely horrible. When I asked to speak with someone else about the problem they told me no. I have never had such horrible service from any other car manufacture like I have with this one. More
I have not had my car for over half a year, I paid them for a new engine and repairs 4 months later they install the engine and give me the keys I drive less than 30 miles and my check engine light comes o for a new engine and repairs 4 months later they install the engine and give me the keys I drive less than 30 miles and my check engine light comes on. I return the car to the service department, and they told me the 15,000-dollar engine is insured and under warranty and to give them to the end of the day to let me know what's wrong. The brand-new engine came faulty from the assembly line, and they refuse to honor the repairs or warranty. They continue to charge me more and more money to fix what they have already been paid to do. They were supposed to reimburse me a check close to 1,000 dollars and decided that they would keep it to help fix my vehicle, while charging me an additional 800.00 dollars to do it. I get a call today because they said they would have my car ready and guess what it's not. Now they are saying they put the faulty components back in the car and it does not work, and they may have ordered the wrong engine. Who do you think is going to have to pay for it? Of course, I will. I have given them every opportunity to do right by me and to fix and address this problem. They were extremely rude and trying to get any updates they use to just hang up on us mid-sentence. They never detailed the car when they gave it back initially and had stains and dead roaches in and on my car. I paid to have the car detailed and had to return the car just for it to go right back in the state they gave it back to me in, and now I have paint chips and cracks on the car from being in the sun. Worst experience I have ever had. I STILL DONT HAVE MY CAR FIXED. I can't sell it insurance won't total it out. I am stuck with no car in an endless loop paying for repairs they have already been paid for. Save your money and take your car elsewhere. Buy from somewhere else save yourself the headache and nightmares. More
