I have not had my car for over half a year, I paid them for a new engine and repairs 4 months later they install the engine and give me the keys I drive less than 30 miles and my check engine light comes o for a new engine and repairs 4 months later they install the engine and give me the keys I drive less than 30 miles and my check engine light comes on. I return the car to the service department, and they told me the 15,000-dollar engine is insured and under warranty and to give them to the end of the day to let me know what's wrong. The brand-new engine came faulty from the assembly line, and they refuse to honor the repairs or warranty. They continue to charge me more and more money to fix what they have already been paid to do. They were supposed to reimburse me a check close to 1,000 dollars and decided that they would keep it to help fix my vehicle, while charging me an additional 800.00 dollars to do it. I get a call today because they said they would have my car ready and guess what it's not. Now they are saying they put the faulty components back in the car and it does not work, and they may have ordered the wrong engine. Who do you think is going to have to pay for it? Of course, I will. I have given them every opportunity to do right by me and to fix and address this problem. They were extremely rude and trying to get any updates they use to just hang up on us mid-sentence. They never detailed the car when they gave it back initially and had stains and dead roaches in and on my car. I paid to have the car detailed and had to return the car just for it to go right back in the state they gave it back to me in, and now I have paint chips and cracks on the car from being in the sun. Worst experience I have ever had. I STILL DONT HAVE MY CAR FIXED. I can't sell it insurance won't total it out. I am stuck with no car in an endless loop paying for repairs they have already been paid for. Save your money and take your car elsewhere. Buy from somewhere else save yourself the headache and nightmares. More

I've tried it twice and both times no one came out to check me in. I once sat there for 20 minutes as workers passed me and no one stopped to talk to me or bothered to get someone to help me. I've taken the car in several times for maintenance, paid thousands of dollars and each time I picked it up the issue wasn't really resolved or something else goes wrong a few days or weeks later. If I didn't have the extended warranty I wouldn't get my car serviced there! More
I called to schedule a recall fix. They said they have to order the parts. Easy process, they took the vin and told me it will take about a week for the parts to arrive. After the call they also scheduled me 3 weeks later. They called to let me know the parts were in. Since I was on a business trip on mainland, I had my boyfriend fly in from Maui for the appointment. Upon arrival he was told by the manager - Crystal Freitas- a very unprofessional and very rude lady, that the car doesn’t fit in their garage and they won’t fix it. I asked to speak with her asking what choices I have and apparently NONE. Since it’s a federal law to fix recalls I informed Crystal I will report this to NHTSA and her response was that she didn’t care. I asked if she realized how ridiculous this situation is since they had the vin and knew what car it was and also ordered the parts and she said she doesn’t have to listen to my abuse anymore... ?! I tried to call several times to get in touch with Brian- the other manager, but I was told each time he is on a call or busy. I was promised a call back from him which, of course, never happened. Very disappointed in the way they handled business and their customers and I would encourage anyone to avoid their unprofessionalism, bad service and drama by going somewhere else if possible. More
DONT USE! Most mainland Jeep dealers offer a 4-6% discount below MSRP (or honor the 1% below Invoice price if an Affiliate Rewards Member), not Cutter. If you do a custom order they have an automatic markup of $2,995 over MSRP just to process the vehicle. There was a vehicle inbound on a custom order where the purchaser backed out. I put my name on the order prior to arrival. Apparently, due to the fact I did not place the original order, they said it would be a dealer mark up of $14,000 OVER MSRP! So instead of a vehicle that should have been $65,175 (6% below MSRP) they wanted $83,100; a $17,925 pocket for the dealership. Needless to say, it is WAY cheaper to buy on the mainland and pay the $2,500 to ship it out here. Saved me $15,000 and still got the exact vehicle I wanted. More
Contacted the dealer via internet and phone about a 2021 Jeep Sahara 4xe and was given a price of $58,000 (MSRP). So I drove down to the dealer (45 mins one direction) only to be told there is a 20% mark up simply because "you can't get another one." Save yourself some time engaging this dealer and order online, have the vehicle delivered to the mainland and shipped here for 2k. This method is cumbersome, but it beats paying a 20% ($11,600) markup. The bottom line is that I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Even if I were called now and offered the vehicle at or below MSRP, I would not purchase it because I no longer trust this dealership. More

Worst delivery and car buying process ever! We took delivery of our vehicle in July. When we got there the vehicle has not been properly PDI/prepped for delivery. Vehicle was not detailed, window etch of the vin looked terrible. You can see wipe marks all over the car, indicating the car was just wiped down and not washed. All tires were around 43PSI, not within specs. During the paper work process I kept implying them to detail the car, but it seemed like the salesman was ignoring the request. Not till the end they offered to get it detailed but I would have to go back and schedule one. THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN CARE OF PRIOR TO DELIVERY. Also the GAS was empty. I had to remind the sales guy to fill it up at the end. That also should have been taken care of before delivery, instead we had to follow the sales guy to put gas in the vehicle. Another thing that went wrong was the following day we got a text from the finance guy, saying our interest rate will be lower. We got our first statement and it did not reflect the lower interest rate. Looks like nothing has been done on there end. What they should have done was redo the contract to reflect the new interest rate. But there excuse was they said the bank will do it internally on there end. I don't know who is at fault. So we reached out to the finance guy and said he would try to talk with the lender. A week has passed by and no we did not get a call from the finance guy, note that I texted him today and did not get any reply. We are probably going to be stuck with the higher interest rate. All i can do is leave my honest review here and pass it on to the BBB. If the GM sees this review please CONTACT me! More

Is there less than one star? Because this company deserves it. Dropped my 2019 Ram 1500 off to get looked at, less than 9k miles and is already having issues. After talking to the maintenance tech they told me they would have to order the part and would have it in 2-3 weeks. Okay, no issues. After coordinating with the maintenance team to conduct a late pick up I thought everything was good. I would pick the keys up at the sales office before they close. Great. Simple enough. Boy was I wrong!!! After 30 minutes of the sales staff frantically searching for my keys they informed me that the service team never dropped them off because I had an outstanding payment due to the service team. Apparently the service team had texted me and called me to inform me this. LIES! Also this is the first time I have ever brought my truck to this place (and the last). How do I owe money on something that is under warranty? And where are these phone calls and text messages. I wish I was part of them. Now I am paying out of pocket to uber to the north shore, just so I can Uber agin tomorrow to get my truck. $60 one way. The sales team go to response was the fact that sales and maintenance are separate. It's the other guys fault and we don't take responsibility. Way to throw you team under the bus dude. Zero responsibility take. Zero effort made to help me out. Zero compassion. Zero reason to ever do business with them again. More
