Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had here. I came in looking for a Q3, they are charging $2,000 OVER MSRP. They were so arrogant and I felt like that did not want to sell me a car. Brennan Zittrauer, a salesman there helping me, was PUSHING ME OUT OF HIS OFFICE while I was looking over the purchase agreement. He kept saying, “SO ARE WE DOING THIS?” Over and over and I felt very rushed and pushed. He also kept saying “You can go wait in the car with your boyfriend or whatever.” i just still cannot believe he said that to me. All of the salesmen I worked with and managers are just so arrogant and are not motivated to sell a car whatsoever. Come here if you want a bad car buying experience! More
I thought this car dealer Scam had gone away ... “VTR” it doesn’t stand for Vehicle Title Registration. It stands for Vehicle Theft Registration! Another dealer rip-off scam in which the VIN is etched onto doesn’t stand for Vehicle Title Registration. It stands for Vehicle Theft Registration! Another dealer rip-off scam in which the VIN is etched onto the vehicle's windows and then the vehicle is "registered" into some kind of database in case it is stolen. That was done years ago. Now dealers have gotten even lazier and it’s no more than a sticker put on the inside of the doors, the trunk or hatch and the hood. Apparently, the registration process is optional and you should be informed ahead of time. They didn’t even do that, they just added it into the contract for an additional $249.00. I spotted it and new right away exactly what it was. I told the salesman & the GM I didn’t want it. I was told “everyone pays for it and they won’t take it off!” I was also told that the owner was making sure every new car being sold was going to have VTR, Period!” Okay, here’s what really pisses me off, not the fact I’m paying an extra $249.00 that is unnecessary but the simple fact the dealership is making sure every new car is going to be sold with that extra fee. They sell on average approximately 125 new Audis a year, that’s an extra $31,125.00 a year they are making. Probably double that on their VW sales [est. $62,250] It’s an unnecessary option to buy, especially on an Audi. A thief is not going to be able to steal an Audi unless he/she has the key, Period! You shouldn’t have to be required to buy such an option! I will never buy a car from here ever again, this is one of many crappy things they do! More

In the beginning the guy threat us saying if we don't buy a car he will never do business with us again. We asked him to find us an Audi S3. It came in, damage vehicle. I trade my Mazda CX5 for an Audi. It's been months they have not paid the Mazda off yet. So inconvenience to our family. My husband and I, our credit is bad now. The ownership has done nothing for our inconvenience. We kept calling and asking them to pay the Mazda off and it hasn't been done. We already paid our first month car payment for the Audi. Who does business like this. The worst dealership. More

These people are scam artists, especially taking advantage of young women. They lied about the charges as well damaged my old key when saying the needed the original to program a new one. Was promised both keys, gave me my old one back disprogrammed. Tried charging me almost 200 over promised amount. Got interrupted and yelled at by the parts manager over the phone. They have been very disrespectful over my issue. More

Disinterested Recall Campaign I called 4 times to schedule completion of a recall on the airbags on our Audi. Three times they said they had to call to see when they could get the parts and never called me back. The fourth time I called, I got the same response and I requested that they put me on hold and check immediately, since three previous occasions they failed to return the call or leave a message. The representative stated he would put me on hold, but stated he may not pickup again. What a joke. They were more concerned whether I bought the Audi from them. Since I hadn't they seemed to care less. I called Audi Bozeman, who scheduled an appointment immediately and took care of me like an Audi dealership should. Shame on you Audi Layton More
Worst Dealership! I am usually the type of person who will make sure to write a review for a company or item if I love it, not if I hated it. In this case though I can't sit by and not say anything. From the moment my husband and I got there they were very friendly to our face. I mean the sales guy just sat and chatted with my husband for forever. Anyway, we told them a price we would not go below for our trade in and of course they hit us very low. We went back and said, we need this amount of we are walking out the door. They ended up agreeing to the terms. By the time it was time to leave the dealership we had been there for hours, we had our two young children with us, I was done being there and so were our children. The finance guy was in a hurry to get us out the door, he didn't explain any numbers and kept saying, "I have got to get out of here." Once we got home and reviewed the numbers we realized they had shorted us $7000 on the trade in amount that we agreed on. Of course there was no official document saying the amount they would give us for our trade in other than those papers that they go back and for with between the sales guy and the numbers guy. Those papers magically disappeared and we were out $7000 on our trade in. I called in and they blew me off for 2 days. Finally my husband calls and they say I am threatening, yelling at them when in fact they were belittling me and screening my calls. They literally would do nothing about it. They say they want to retain customers, but that's just a ploy to make you feel special. They don't care and just want your money. DO NOT GO TO CUTRUBUS VW!!! You will regret it. More
