Great service and support I have had my Honda CR-V for a little over a year now and the entire process from start until now has been great with Curtiss Ryan. I had a leak with my sun roof and they were able to find and fix it for me. I always have a great experience with the service department. Drop my car off for an oil change and they bring me to work and will pick me up to get my car when it’s done too! They are great! More

My service advisor, Dinorah, liste The battery died on my 2015 CR/V. AAA jump started me and I went to Curtiss-Ryan, where I had bought the vehicle. My service advisor, Dinorah, listened carefully to my explanation of the problem. She explained that they would check the battery and the charging system. Waiting room is clean, comfortable and quiet. After the service (about 30 minutes), she said that the charging system was working fine. The battery seemed okay, until they load-tested it. Then it failed. They replaced the battery with no charge, since it was still under warranty. Wait! There's more ... they gave my CR/V a complimentary car wash. I could not be happier with my experience. Thank you Dinorah! More

Service department review I went to Curtis Ryan Honda the other day for service. I dropped off the car the night before and asked to have it ready by 1pm the next day. John Con I went to Curtis Ryan Honda the other day for service. I dropped off the car the night before and asked to have it ready by 1pm the next day. John Conti,our service advisor, called in the morning and explained in layman's terms that they found a leak that needed to be fixed. Realizing that my car would not be safe to drive, I had the car fixed and it was ready on time as promised. When I stoped down to pick up the car I was greeted by name by both John Conti and Dan Maillet, who I have dealt with in the past. It's so nice to be treated as family and have the service done quickly, correctly and on time! I will be coming back here for service. More
