After being a loyal, true blue customer to Toyota for almost all of my adult driving life, I decided to look into buying a Honda. What a pleasant experience it was, working with Scott! He addressed my questions forthrightly and honestly, and if he didn't know something, he was honest and said, "I don't know, but wait a second and I'll find out!" And he DID! I suppose one could look at this and say, well, that's his job. He wanted to make a sale. Well, maybe so, but from the very first time I met Scott, his friendliness, customer service, quality of work, (oh yes, I DID make him work for me...arguing with his boss about the price) made my overall experience at Honda an absolute home run, and if I could rate Scott on his professionalism and kindness, it would be a perfect 10. I must address the issue of the price, and why I gave it a 4 instead of a 5. The price of my new car was outstanding, and I know that. However, I'm a tough cookie who likes to negotiate, and I suppose in order for the price to merit a 5 in my book, it would have to be cheaper than dealer cost. I am truly one who does not like to part with money. When all is said and done, if you or your loved ones are looking for a new or used car, please go to Curtis-Ryan Honda and deal with Scott Beckett. He's young and fun, and makes the act of buying a car very low pressure...and FUN! I'm so happy with my new car, but happier that I got to meet Scott. More
