I am just frustrated with Curry. I had a horrible time purchasing the vehicle- worst customer service I have yet experienced. There were so many delays to getting my trade-in finalized, and I was without a vehicle throughout. I have owned the vehicle for many years now, but the van started having an issue 2 years ago. For the longest time no one accepted that the problem even existed. I finally got the manager to drive with me and it took about 15 minutes for him to experience it too. They did one thing to try to resolve the issue- which didn't fix the problem. I keep bringing the vehicle back and they AGAIN say they can't reproduce it... so I just get sent home to repeat the process in another week or so! They say they can't fix something they can't reproduce- even though it is the SAME thing that WAS reproduced with the manager!! There is also an obvious issue with sexism that is getting in the way of their service- especially from the person I keep having to deal with. I have requested many times to be able to work with someone else- but then keep getting put back with him! I guess they are satisfied with NOT fixing the issue- I am just a woman after all (insert sarcastic eye roll)! You would expect better from a dealership in this day and age, just not this one I guess! More

I recently visited the service center for a routine tire rotation, oil change, and a review of a coolant leak. To my dismay, I was presented with a bill totaling $600, which included charges for brake pads rotation, oil change, and a review of a coolant leak. To my dismay, I was presented with a bill totaling $600, which included charges for brake pads and rotors that were unnecessary. Despite raising my concerns with the management, they proved to be unhelpful and failed to provide a satisfactory explanation. I am deeply disappointed by their lack of accountability. I will continue to dispute these charges until a thorough investigation is conducted and the matter is appropriately resolved. This experience has left me dissatisfied and questioning the integrity of their services. More
