After I decided what options I wanted, and did my homework online, everything was so easy. I got the best possible price, they located a car with the features we wanted, and I was driving it home almost before I could believe it. Dealing with Alex was very pleasant: he gave me good advice, and I felt that I could really trust him. Also, the dealership did not use any high-pressure tactics to try to sell me all sorts of expensive protection packages, which was nice. Overall, a very good experience. More

My only disappointment is that I can only rate them 5 stars. This is a dealership with respect for the buyer. They understand that a new car is a huge decision & alot of money. They were supposed to be my first stop but it turned out I didn't need to look further. They had a Highlander that was equipped how I wanted, in the color I wanted, and after the test drive I didn't even want to consider anything else. It was only a matter of whether we could agree on a price or if I'd need to look at other Toyota dealers, but in short order we arrived at a figure that reflected a fair trade in value and a good price for the new Highlander. Picked it up the following day and haven't had a single regret about either the vehicle or the transaction. More
