I have used Curry Nissan in Chicopee, MA for service for the last few years. I find the service staff to be friendly, professional, and helpful. For example, when bringing my vehicle in for an oil change th the last few years. I find the service staff to be friendly, professional, and helpful. For example, when bringing my vehicle in for an oil change the staff will remind me of any recalls, or issues I should be aware of. Frequently these suggested items have been completed at no cost to me. The dealership will also offer me a ride to work or to be picked up at my home. I do not mind paying a bit of a premium to do business here vs. a local shop since I know the service is done properly the first time. I recommend this dealer for service. I bought my car at Curry in September of 2011 and dealt with Jim Ward and since I have made my purchase he has kept in touch with me many times. Today I had a fluke issue with my power window and happened with Jim Ward and since I have made my purchase he has kept in touch with me many times. Jim suggested I bring my car by and he would see what he could figure out. Not only did Jim fix my issue but he did so in a quick manner and was very helpful showing me what he did to fix the issue. A small favor from him meant the world to me and made my day!! Jim is definitely the best in the business and the most professional and kind salesman I have ever dealt with!! More
