Complete debacle. Their service department had my car for 2 weeks and couldn't diagnose problems until I physically show up to take car back. Makes me wonder if they Their service department had my car for 2 weeks and couldn't diagnose problems until I physically show up to take car back. Makes me wonder if they even looked at it. Worse, despite having documentation that I brought car in for same issue back when it was under warranty (they weren't able to fix problem then either) I was told it's now after the warranty period and I'd be responsible for repair. This is just a fraction of my experience at this circus. I could write a novel. I would highly recommend taking your chances anywhere else. More
