The service department at Curry Hyundai is consistently outstanding. That was proven again today when I had my 15,000 service. I was there this past Wednesday and a time before since the issue was still not fixed. The first time for a Check Engine light. They say the code was fixed, but when I picked it up, the code was still th the issue was still not fixed. The first time for a Check Engine light. They say the code was fixed, but when I picked it up, the code was still there. So Wednesday I come in before 7:30am so my car can be seen first and the Service guy gives me a hard time that I should drop it off. I told him someone said I would be first since there was no loaner cars and I was already there and the problem was not fixed. So supposeably the car is fix because you replaced the oil flow control valve-exhaust. Invoice#643721. They said the check engine light is off and I am good to go. Well I go to my car and nothing has been fixed because the check engine light is on and your service person won’t credit me for a repair that didn’t fix the problem. You also gave me a quote Q106083 to basically take apart the engine for $2,882 even though the car runs fine because you guys cannot clear a code. I finally left around 11:30 and had to take 1/2 day vacation pay and out $249.42 for a repair that wasn’t a repair and will have to pay thousands of dollars for exploratory car repair that doesn’t even guarantee it will be fixed. I am extremely upset over this and I am not inclined to purchase another vehicle from here again. More
Tommy Jordan was the service rep on my car today and he found that my front brakes were quite low. He notified me and had the mechanic put new front brakes on the car. Extremely dissatisfied. I come in with a check engine light issue and Service said it was fixed. They bring my car up and the light is still on. Now I am inconvenienced again to set up an appointment, light issue and Service said it was fixed. They bring my car up and the light is still on.
