Rick Davis was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable and did not pressure us in any way. He accecpted the internet price and when we picked up the car the next day he went over every optio knowledgeable and did not pressure us in any way. This Review is for the 2012 Hyundai Elantra we Purchased in mid November of 2011 All I have to say is wow! This dealership tears down any misconception i might have had about car dealers. I will start in mid November of 2011 All I have to say is wow! This dealership tears down any misconception i might have had about car dealers. I will start at the beginning.. My Fiancée and I were looking for a new car(we just purchased a home in Rockland). We looked at multiple cars and dealers and decided to go with the Hyundai Elantra. We visited multiple places and as soon as we would get on the lot we would be pressured and most of the time immediately asked “how we were paying for the car”! We looked up top dealers for Hyundai and Curry came up. We decided to give them a try. First day we went we were greeted with great smiles warm welcomes and no pressure. We were allowed to view all the cars, take our time and actually leave the lot without feeling like there was an electric fence preventing us from doing so. A few nights later I went on Curry’s website and saw the car I wanted and asked for an E-Price. (it was 250.00 dollars less). Two days later I went back to the lot and looked for the car I found on the net, and guess what, it was actually there! No bait and switch, no sneaky car dealer tactics. I went inside and was greeted by Rick Davis the salesman.. I have to say Rick was just Amazing. He immediately asked me what I was looking for in a car, why I liked the Elantra and was genuinely excited about showing me all the features in the 2012 Elantra. We went for a very good test drive all along telling me about the features and benefits, while also giving pauses long enough for me to get a good feel for the car on my own. When we stepped out of the car after the test drive I explained to him I would want to go home and speak to my fiancée one more time (even though her and I already agreed that I was going to purchase the car today) Rick Davis was more than gracious , thanked me for my time, offered his business card and said if I ever need anything please let him know.. He did not try the greatest hits tricks of – “last one in stock” , “ hard to get model” , “price won’t last”. I walked half way out of the dealership and decided to buy. Rick Davis made everything seamless during the sales process. It was the most pleasurable car buying experience I ever had. But as we all know in car buying there has to be a catch right?. Well again there wasn’t, Remember that E-Price, Rick Said no problem right away(no let me talk to my sales manager) and the price is what they said it would be!. Also the financing they offered me never changed and was better than any outside rate I could have gotten. Now you might be asking by now what about the horror stories at the financing department? Again, I have to say it was delightful(yes I said it), The manager gave me all the options and did not try to force or pressure me into anything. He actually explained everything really well and asked me about my needs and then allowed me to decide, it was truly a great experience. There was one slight snafu, the following day, my dad picked up the new car(I had to work) and there was a slight scratch on the bumper. Heres why I love this dealership, Rick Davis noticed the Scratch as my dad was getting in the car(my dad admitted he would have never noticed). The dealer was extremely apologetic, offered to fix the scratch (which they did promptly, big thanks to the service department, they were great as well) and took additional money off. Everything Curry Said they would do, they did, above and beyond. I even met the General Manager of the dealership and he seemed to genuinely care about the service that was provided at the dealership. In closing I would 100% recommend this dealership and if you are buying a Hyundai or Subaru, Ask for Rick Davis he was everything you can possibly ask for in a sales person and car advisor. Thank you Curry for changing my negative perception of the car buying experience. More
Walter Burns went above and beyond to explain my new Tucson and show me all the buttons and their functions. He even came in on his day off so I could pick up the car that day. Anthony Mercuri explained, in detail, the finance end of the loan. He even called me the next day to say that the interest rate had been lowered than when I was there. He also made a point of coming in on his day off so I could sign a new contract for the lower payment. I definitely would recommend this dealership, and these fine gentlemen to my family and friends. While Rich may be new to selling this particular model, he was able to answer all of my questions, and his follow up has been excellent. I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody. When I first ordered the car, Maryann Torres told me the car would cost me exactly $22,313.19 as an "out the door" price. When I walked out of that dealership, I ended up spending almost $27,000! This price didn't even include aluminum wheel covers or a cable for my I-pod, which I never even got! After the dust settled and I looked at the final figures, I determined that because I purchased the extended warranty, the price of my car skyrocketed. Klitos Manuel did a slick job of selling me that warranty. However, he did NOT, and I repeat, he did NOT tell me what the final price would be on my car. If he did, I would have never agreed to the first package on the extended warranty. Now I'm stuck with a car payment that's a xxxxxx on my back of $350 per month, whereas it could have been a whole lot cheaper if Klitos went over the figures with me more carefully and told me the bottom-line price on my car. I'm disgusted and I'm very unhappy about what transpired. It's because of this that I do not recommend Curry Hyundai. Sorry, folks, but paying almost $27,000 as opposed to $22,313.19 is not my idea of a happy customer. More

ABSOLUTELY outstanding dealership. Everyone from the receptionist to the GM and the salesman right down to the Finance manager were incredibly helpful, pleasant and accomidating.
