I was a bit hesitant at first when I considered buying a new car, since I've heard that it can be a long,frustrating process, especially since I am a first time buyer. But I decided to check out Curry Hyundai and I am so glad I did. From when I walked in I was greeted by Frank and was shown nothing but respect and kindness. He was not pushy at all and was extremely knowledgeable, which made me feel a lot more at ease. I was introduced to the manager, Phil, who answered all of my questions and even went over everything again to make sure that I was comfortable before moving forward with my purchase. Also, the price that was agreed on was, in my opinion, extremely reasonable for such a beautiful car. These two gentlemen were so hospitable and knowledgeable that I now recommend all of my friends to come here first when considering getting a car. I love my Sonata! Thank you so much for all of your help guys! More

I felt very comfortable with Ed and his knowledge about the cars I was interested in. The cost of the car was a little high for me but Ed and Phil worked it out and made it affordable for me (rebates and t the cars I was interested in. I have nothing but GOOD things to say about my experience with Curry Hyundai. Especially the staff that I dealt with. There were many issues on my end as far as making this sale happen...such as trading in an older vehicle, bad credit for financing and needing to be in a low price range monthly payment. The manager Phil was also very helpful in giving me the best trade in value on my truck, he gave me what in my opinion was the best price for the used Sonata I was interested in buying and I even got him to throw in a full tank of gas for me : ) (Thank you Phil)!!!!!!! Then comes dealing with Anthony for the financing aspect of the deal....He was GREAT too....He did everything in his power to get me approved and have my payments be where I need them to be!!!!!! Long story short.....I pick up my new car tomorrow and could not be HAPPIER!!!!!!!!!! Thank you soooooo much from the bottom of my heart to all the staff that were so helpful to me at CURRY HYUNDAI!!!!! I will definitely be back for a future purchase : ) More
This is a dealership that does not treat people with respect. Their price was decent, not great. When I asked the for the specifics on how the deal was put together, I received a lot of "it was about respect. Their price was decent, not great. I like to use dealers who treat you with respect. Dealers who understand buying a car is a major investment for the consumer. When I asked about a certain color, I was told you cannot have it at the price you were quoted. To me, that is not being treated with respect. PS. I did buy a car with the color I wanted from another dealer. Do not go to this dealer. More
Brought my 2012 Sonata in for service to have a malfunctioning door lock fixed. My driver door wouldn't unlock with the keyfob. I was told that there was a recall on the door lock and it would take malfunctioning door lock fixed. My driver door wouldn't unlock with the keyfob. I was told that there was a recall on the door lock and it would take one hour for it to be installed. After making an appointment and bringing the car in, they did get the car into the shop within 20 minutes. After the car was in the shop though, everything went downhill. I sat in the waiting room for over 3 hours without a single service adviser coming to talk to me on the status of my car or apologize for the inconvenience. So after 3 1/2 hours of waiting the service advisor came over apologizing for the wait and to tell me that the car still wasn't fixed. I would have to make another appointment where they could have the day to diagnose the car. Made another appointment, dropped the car off this time and got a loaner for the day. The loaner car was nice of them, but the car was filthy. The inside of the car had food wrappers in the backseat and the car was covered with pollen and some bird droppings on the trunk of the car. So the second time around they did fix the car, but they returned my car dirty. Not that I had the car spotless to begin with, but there were hand prints on the door panel they had removed and the car wasn't washed. What kind of dealership has a car for the whole day and can't run it through the car wash??? Very dissatisfied with the service I received and frankly, I'm quite surprised since everyone I talked to before hand had nothing but good things to say. I will not be returning for service at Curry Hyundai. More
I, like many others, love getting a new car but am not usually happy having to go through the seemingly unending negotiations of settling on a price that I believe is fair. I researched the Hyundai Sonata Turbo online and came up with a Fair Market Price before contacting Curry Hyundai. I received a call from Ron who agreed to honor the price I hoped to match. When my husband and I went in to meet with him, Ron was warm and friendly and ready with the price we had agreed upon on the phone. He's currently driving a Sonata so was able to give me a great deal of info about the car that was really helpful. We rarely use a dealer for service on a car but Ron even sold me on trying Curry out this time around because of the excellent pricing they've established to be competitive. If anyone I know is interested in purchasing a Hyundai, I'd definitely recommend they seek out Ron to work with on the purchase. Both he and Tony Mercuri, the business manager, made this car buying experience a pleasure rather than an ordeal. More
Not even into a year of having my used 2004 Hyandi Elentra I've had to spend over $1000 in repairs. When I first bought the car I told them I was moving to GA because of my military orders. Not even about a month or two later the rear ABS sensor went, then the front axle and catalaytic converter went also. The tire was also placed on wrong and there was a puncture in which the tire was leaking air the ENTIRE drive from NY to GA! Glad my wife did not crash while driving. Had someone go down to see if they could even reimburse me for my repairs or even get half my money back since I could not drive back to GA to NY for repairs. For THREE weeks they have played games saying they would try to fix it, but offering to do work for other people in NY? How does that benefit me fixing other peoples stuff? So we just got the run around from their SERVICE manager, I would NEVER buy another car from them. Then they act like they never knew I was in the military after my mom went down there and told the service manager and I told him also on the phone! Great customer service! More

However, I was fortunate to meet Rick Davis as the Sales Representative. He was very friendly without being too over bearing and pushy and he was very informative with respect to the vehicle. He also had a knack for helping me determine exactly which model I wanted since I was unsure when I walked in. I believe it was because of him that I purchased the vehicle that day. More
