I was looking for a black hyundai Santa Fe sport with navigation and heated seats for my daughter. I knew exactly what car and color I wanted, so when I saw the car with those specs on their website I ca navigation and heated seats for my daughter. I said there were 2 black cars, each a different type of black, that were on their website, and I asked if he knew what the difference was. He did not. I told him I lived 3045 minutes away, and that I did not want to come all the way there unless I could actually sit in the car. He said he was going to go to their lot now and bring it iPhone tot the showroom so it would be there when I got there. Tat was at 4:00. I got to their place around 5. When I got inside there were 5 salesmen standing around, John came up and introduced himself to me, and when I asked where the car was he said he was sorry it was sold. I said, "Really. In the hour since we spoke you went and brought the car here, someone came in, saw the car, paid for it on the spot, you got it prepped and insured and they drove it away? You guys are pretty impressive." Then i said, even if it was sold i told you how far i had to come you should have had the courtesy to call me when the car ws not available. He apologized again, and said he had a red one. He said he thought I said red or black. I told him the word red never entered into our conversation, and I called him a liar and walked out. None of the other salespeople looked shocked or anything but amused, so I imagine this type of bait and switch thing happens a lot there. The next day he had the gall to call my house and ask if there was anything he cold do to get my business. I thought about having him deliver a car and paperwork to my house and telling him never mind, but I didn't want to stoop to their level. Stay away from this place. More
Overall good experience. Salesman was extremely friendly, patient and helpful. Have had the car for 3 weeks and still waiting for some things to be done to car - mudguards put on and touch up the friendly, patient and helpful. On Saturday, March 13th, 2013, roughly 2:30, I arrived at the service department to have my brakes done on my 2009 Honda Civic. I thought I made an appointment. The service woman, Nancy Barone was very frien the service department to have my brakes done on my 2009 Honda Civic. I thought I made an appointment. The service woman, Nancy Barone was very friendly, clearly I made a mistake. I thanked her and was going to leave. Even though it was late in the afternoon, Nancy offered to get the car in the shop if she could get the parts. Minutes later I was informed she was able and the car would be serviced. With that I asked her if there was anyone I could talk to about looking at a new car. Nancy is in the Suburau department and introduced me to a sales person at Curry Suburau. I don't remember his name. He was also very professional. After speaking with him a little while, it was clear I was leaning towards the Hyundai Vehicles. Instead of trying to push me towards something I wasn't interested in he introduced me to Matt Duro a sales consultant for Hyundai. Matt was friendly, informing me as much as possible about Hyundai, as he took me out for a test drive, while trying to get a better understanding of what I was looking for. After bringing me two price quotes I narrowed it down to the Hyundai Sonata. Matt and I discussed the price and along with the offer on my 2009 Civic. Matt asked what was it that would do the deal (not in those words, but so to speak), I told me the price I would be happy to agree on right now. I let him know I didn't want to haggle, not a hundred, two hundred or even a dollar more. If he couldn't do it that was okay but if he could great. After speaking with the manager, Matt had come back to tell me we had a deal. On Thursday, of the following week after receiving a call from Matt the day before to inform me the car was in, I went in to go over and pick up my vehicle. That day Matt had an allegic reaction to something and was unable to be there. Ed Cardonaro, another sales consultant, stepped in for Matt. Although it was not Ed's sale, he treated me as if it was. He took his time, was patient, walked me through everything, was pleasant, friendly and professional. From Ed I went to Gabriel Cassanova, he like everyone else was professional and courteous. He explained the different payment plans as well as other available options. Ed than took me out to the car walked me through how everything works and let me know if I had any questions I was free to call him. In all sincerity, the entire experience was extremely positive. Every person including the manager from Hyundai were courteous and profesional. That sale doesn't happen if Nancy didn't go out of her way. And I wouldn't have been there trying to get my Honda serviced specifically there if it wasn't for the excellent service I received years ago when I would bring in my 2004 Hyundai Accent. More

I'm normally not moved to write reviews, but my experience with Dante Forzano and Philip Giorgio was fantastic - these guys are awesome! They fought for it every step of the way and with true professionalism. I received the same treatment leasing my Hyundai Sonata that I expect on my higher end cars. I think they are just nice people - really! By the way, the product is great so far. I leased the Sport 2.4 liter last month and so far it is a really fun car to drive. Also, it is about as loaded as I could find for the money. It is sharp looking car, handles great, the transmission is smooth, it has more than enough power, and gets decent gas milage. I recommend the car highly - you can't go wrong! Between the people I dealt with and the product, it is a no brainer! Just get it. -Rob Levine More

We bought our Santa Fe in for a regular service visit. By the time they were done with it, scratches had been buffed out, the alignment had been repaired, and all at a very minimal cost to us. After visiting many Hyundai dealers and other different car manufacturers we decided to go with the New Hyundai Santa Fe at curry Hyundai. The reason we chose curry Hyundai was because of the attention to detail and huge customer service they provided us with. I was approached by the nicest gentlemen. Our salesmen Ed carbonaro approached us out on the lot right away and was so helpful with all of the information on the new Santa Fe. We had test driven it already at another Hyundai dealership in white plains but the salesmen there had no clue what they were talking about so we decided to go with Ed for another test drive. Before we even sat down to work out payments we were greeted by the nicest managers John and Phil. I hate car shopping because of the whole persona of "car salesmen" but after meeting Eds managers and the level of friendliness and respect we received from them at curry Hyundai we will never dread car shopping again. Ed made it so easy with all the information and Phil worked with us and got us where we needed to be with a monthly payment that was within our budget. The other manager John even brought over 2 balloons for our kids. If anyone is thinking about getting a Hyundai, you MUST go to Curry Hyundai and ask for Ed Carbonaro. More
After shopping several dealers online I decided to visit Curry as the they responded quickly. I was greeted by the 2 managers John and Phil and they introduced us to Dante to help us with our Sonata. He was very knowledgable and showed us different models and he made sure it was the right car for us. I was surprised that the pricing we had discussed didn't change but we did select a different vehicle (se) As it was a sportier model. He showed us the whole dealership as he said they were open for 6 month but the auto group was in business for almost 90 years. It was hassle free and a great experience and I will be back after 3 years to lease another one. The only negative thing I could say was the managers were at a desk that was in the middle of the showroom and we could hear what they were talking about with other customers and it was loud.
