Many Years of Solid Service I have had vehicles (all Honda) serviced at Curry Honda for nearly 20 years. I have always been satisfied with the service they have provided. As I li I have had vehicles (all Honda) serviced at Curry Honda for nearly 20 years. I have always been satisfied with the service they have provided. As I live and work some distance from Curry, I have mostly dropped off my vehicles in early morning, had Curry shuttle me to my place of work, and had Curry pick me up at work and shuttle me back to Curry when the work once the work was completed. This has always worked well even with the distance and associated traffic. Most recently, I have worked with Sarah Stewart regarding service on my 2002 Honda Accord. Sarah is knowledgeable, competent, efficient, and pleasant. She has understood my explanations of the problems I have sought to resolve on my Honda, and she has explained well the diagnoses and repairs/resolutions planned and accomplished. I am fully satisfied with the assistance and guidance provided by Service Advisor Sarah Stewart; I am fully satisfied with the service/repairs (oil changes, battery maintenance, tire repairs and replacement, front-end alignment, brake repairs, timing belt replacement, valve replacement, ...), Curry has performed for me over the years; I plan on continuing to have Curry perform routine and other service on my vehicles, as Curry Service has always accomplished fairly and competently the service I have needed or desired. More

Experience with service center I would warn folks from the dealership considering the quality of service. Overall they seem to be ok but the it is the details that matter. They rush through service as claim to be lowest in pricing. Forgot to top off coolant and claim your coolant should not be more than minimum. This is contrary to what is mentioned in honda service manual The worst is this: I have an aftermarket wheel lock which is exceptionally secure to prevent wheel theft. My wife had taken the Pilot in for oil change and tire rotation and the technician found the key to wheel lock in the trunk, used it but then l they forgot to put it back in the car. First called them late evening about 25 minutes before closing, explained the situation that if there is a flat we cannot change the tire and we were heading out for spring break. Curry honda: "We are about to close, I think your technician has left etc.". Me: "Remember if I get a flat during vacation I cannot do anything on the car and have to tow it back to Atlanta: 250-300 miles. You guys messed up putting it back in the car so you should go to the tech floor and find it". Curry honda: "Sir, we are closing in 20 min and we are about to leave. I can transfer you to customer relation manager VM" I left the VM and next day had to go late to work as showed up at their dealership first thing when they open. Fortunately, the key to wheel lock was found but never got call back from manager apologizing or anything. Interestingly the technician realized his mistake and left the key to the lock on the manager's desk but no one (manager or service advisor) cared to call us urgently as not able to replace a tire should be considered urgent enough. Remember now I had showed up twice at their dealership for an oil change. So, called the manager again later in the day and got through to Rick. Rick: "I am glad that we found the wheel lock key and we strive to be the best. I agree that you could not have driven the car far as wheel cannot be changed during vacation travel". Honestly, do you really strive to be the best??? If yes then it should be your responsibility to call the customer and drop off the key to wheel lock asap rather than have the customer chase you around for your mistake!!!! Pathetic.
