And if I recall correctly yet another hour passed before it was complete. The redeeming factor? When I raised all of that, this dealership has worked in remarkable fashionable to make it up since. Wow! Service has improved greatly here! Brought my van in for a recall. Rick did a great job getting me checked in and then offered me an Uber to get me home and back. Always feel taken care of I’ve been servicing my Odyssey at this location for over 5 yrs after having a negative experience at another dealer. My Odyssey is 11 years old now an I’ve been servicing my Odyssey at this location for over 5 yrs after having a negative experience at another dealer. My Odyssey is 11 years old now and still drives as smooth as it did when I first bought it. I’ve dealt with a few advisors over the years and Don Alexander has been no different in terms of the level of care I received. He was very helpful in explaining what the car was due for and how long it would take. Everything was handled professionally and I felt he took onus to make sure I was satisfied with my visit.
