My Service advisor Kevin Johnson was horrible. I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF ICOULD! I got my breaks done expected a 3-4 wait even with an appointment. It took 6 plus hours. I had to go ask for a follow up. He texted me as I was in front of him and made it seem like he texted me at least 10 plus minutes prior. I saw several advisors come and speak with their customers during my 6 hour wait. Even at check out he was on a FaceTime call and put them on mute as we I checked out. Not very welcoming and I have no intentions to return. More

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I do not recommend Curry Honda. I took my certified car to get checked out and ended up needing a new engine, possibly as a result of my car consumin I do not recommend Curry Honda. I took my certified car to get checked out and ended up needing a new engine, possibly as a result of my car consuming oil faster than it should. No effort was put into figuring out what caused the unusual oil consumption or engine failure. They assumed that whoever serviced my car during my last oil change forgot to put oil in in. I was told the lack of a proper oil change was the reason, and there was no attempt to determine any alternate cause. Due to Honda failing to realize I had Honda Care warranty, no claim was made, and I had to pay out of pocket. They continue to say they did everything they could to resolve my issue, but they did not. My calls were not returned and the Service Manager Sarah just happened to be in a meeting every time I called. Now, almost 1 year after they put another engine in my car, I am having the same issues with the new engine. A certified car with less than 60k miles should not have engine and oil consumption issues. Definitely not twice in a year!! I am disappointed in them. Despite hearing other customers' horror stories about their experience with this dealership, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Never again. I'm still waiting for them to admit their mistake and fix it! More
