Curry Honda customer service has been become HORRIBLE! !! Since 2010 I have purchased 6 cars, for myself and family members, spent over $142,987 and also referred others who purchased cars from Curry Hond !! Since 2010 I have purchased 6 cars, for myself and family members, spent over $142,987 and also referred others who purchased cars from Curry Honda. Needless to say I WAS a loyal fan of Curry Honda. NOT ANYMORE. Recently, I needed tire service for one of my vehicles and went to Curry to utilize my Wheel and Tire coverage. I pulled into the service bay with a donut (spare tire) on my car. First I was told it would be an hour or two for service. This was at 2:30pm. For a 2:30 appointment. I proceed to the waiting area to wait. The service agent called and said they found the nail and will patch it up. I told him they need to check the tire again... because I know the wall of the tire was busted and no patch work would fix that. He then called me back around 3:45 and confirmed "yes, ma'am the wall is busted and you will need a new tire. We got one ordered for you. It should be here soon and we should have you done in about another hour". At 5 pm the service agent called back and asked if I could come to his counter. Which I did and he tells me that he does not know what happened but someone took my tire off the delivery truck and now they can not service my vehicle until the next day, when the tire will actually delivered. Now I'm fumigatEd. He proceeds to apologize and then tells me that they will put the donut tire back on and I can come back tomorrow. Now I'm levitated because my safety is now in jeopardy And asked to speak with the manager. Which he then tries to get Rebecca Ronaldi. Rebecca took literally 30 min before she would talk to me. I could see her walk everywhere but to me. I explained how unsafe It is to commute over an hour home in Atlanta traffic and 90+ heat wave with a donut tire on the car. I also had to educate her the purpose of a Donut Tire. They are Made to get one from point A to the nearest tire shop, one should not drive over 50 mph and NO MORE then 50 miles. Again I live over an hour away from Curry without traffic. Since their associated car rental company closed at 5pm the best they can do was UBER ME HOME an hour away. Unacceptable! I asked to speak to her boss Service Manager, Sarah Stewart. Sarah preceded to tell me that ultimately it was my own responsibility to get to and from, in situations like this and then further compared my safety and willingness to get my tired replaced to HER not being able to get her own AC fixed in her personal car. How does that even compare to allowing a long time loyal customer leave in an unsafe situation. Now tired and very upset I demanded that not only they Uber me home but to work at 5 am and then Back to Curry when the tire has been replaced. It was the least they could do for all the inconvenience I was experiencing and I flat out refused to continue to put my safety at risk. That was all done and the tire was replaced the following day. Fast forward one week! I arrive for a 2:30 oil change appointment. Wait 30 min at my car before anyone acknowledge I existed. Then proceeded to the waiting area for my potential 2 hour oil change to be completed. Past by Rebecca and Sarah, made eye contact with both and neither acknowledged my existence. Tick tock tick tock time passes then I realized it was ALMOST 7 pm, I proceeded to the service agent who check me in, Chad Williams, and he was GONE! I had to ask someone cleaning up about my car. He finds my key and paperwork at Chads desk. The time stamp my car was completed at 4:06pm!!!! OMG Curry Honda I sat there for almost 3 EXTRA HOURS and no one bothered to tell me my car was done! My experience today and last week cost Curry Honda all my future business And I change cars like I change clothes! I will say thank you to all the Curry staff that did take care of me over the last 10+ years Stacy Walker, Vimal Patel in Finance and Vimal Patel in service, and Kevin Johnson.
