I'm a currect customer I have bought several vehicles from Curry Honda and time and time again I have had a bad experience. (Maybe I should look for another dealer). I'm having issues with my CRV and when I called the service dept. the rep who answered my call was unprofessional, rude and lacked customer services skills. I was basically told that I needed to bring my car in but I needed to find out how I was going to get back to work since they're shuttle only goes 10miles. Unfortunately, I'm a full-time employee and my CRV is the only vehicle I have. They were not flexible at all and even though they're hours of operation during the week are from 7am -7pm, I was told I had to bring the car in no later than 1pm. But again no way for me to return to work. Obviously Curry Honda does not value they're customers who have been loyal to them. Its frustrating since I purchased my car there and have the service plan no other dealer takes the service plan and the reason that I'm getting from them is they never receive payment from the company. I would never bring my Honda cars to this dealer for services again. Approximately two months ago (April 12, 2013), I brought my 2007 Accord for a "Power Steering Hose Leak" recall service. They did it. services again. Approximately two months ago (April 12, 2013), I brought my 2007 Accord for a "Power Steering Hose Leak" recall service. They did it. Approximately one week ago, my wife noticed power steering making noise. I opened hood this morning and noticed the power steering fluid was very low, and there is leak. I brought the car back to the dealer. They checked and told me that the Power Steering Pump went bad and wanted $510.00 to replace it. I argued that they did the work replacing the hose and caused the leak. But they won't back off. They are just not a good dealer to deal with. I had another issue with them about three years ago. Check Engine Light went on with my 1999 Accord. I brought the car to them. They checked and told me the catalytic converter went bad and wanted $1,150 to fix it. Since it's a lot of money, I decided to get a second opinion. It ends up the check engine sensor was not react correctly, just need a reset. They tried to rip off me $1,150. Be very careful if you have to deal with them. More
On 11/21/2012 We took my girlfriends 2003 CRV in to Curry Honda for service work . The first thing that threw up a red flag was this dealership told us a few years earlier when it was in for service that it Honda for service work . When we took the crv into have that done Phil the service rep told us it had a timing chain instead. I was pleased with his honesty and decided to have the heater fan replaced and new tires put on while the vehicle was there. Phil quoted me a one price but when the work was completed the price was almost 300 dollars more expensive. When I asked him why he stated the tires that were actually needed were a size larger and cost more money. He then stated he was given the go ahead by someone else’s after I clearly stated originally to stay at 750$ or below or call me first before any increase in cost occurred. He tried making this ok by offering a free oil change and 10% discount on labor. Yesterday afternoon my girlfriend realized one of the center caps on the rim was missing and upon further evaluation every center cap on all the other rims were loose to the point she could screw them in using the tip of her finger. This morning we both attempted to call the dealership service manager and yet have had no call back from anyone. I will no longer take our vehicles to Curry and will also be contacting the Honda of America, BBB, Curry corporate , and leaving a negative review everywhere possible . This has been a poor experience with a representative of a dealership that tells its customers it has integrity and honesty. More

I was greeted with a smile, explained what really needed to happen with the car. Was not presured into having something done to the car that was not needed. I feel the prices for routine care are very good and competitive, however think the prices quoted for additional work are a bit high. More
