Never go anywhere else I have been a customer of curry honda service since I purchased by civic there in 2000. Because of the expertise, I was able to get over 265,000 miles I have been a customer of curry honda service since I purchased by civic there in 2000. Because of the expertise, I was able to get over 265,000 miles out of it. Since then, I have brought in my other three Hondas for service. My initial service contact was Chris ford and then I transferred to Brian Patton upon Chris promotion. Both are the best!!! I will not take either of my cars anywhere else. More

Horrible customer service I am a young female with knowledge about cars, and I felt completely taken advantage of. All I got was rude employees who argued with me, in front of I am a young female with knowledge about cars, and I felt completely taken advantage of. They felt threatened and tried to discredit my knowledge, and I felt discriminated! I usually always go to Honda, but never again will I come back to this location. Lied about price and necessary services, Bad Follow Up I went in for Honda B1 service. Service Employee Robert Jackson attempted to charge me $60 more than the special advertised price. When I mentioned it I went in for Honda B1 service. Service Employee Robert Jackson attempted to charge me $60 more than the special advertised price. When I mentioned it to him he was unapologetic. He later told me I needed a new battery. I declined the service and I had my battery tested at 3 other places. Alma Brooks called to follow up on my service and I told her all of these things and how upset I was. She said she would follow up because this was very serious. After weeks went by, I called back to follow up with her and she acted as though she did not remember me and even tried to say that I must have spoken to her assistant Trisha, who I never in life spoke to. I literally spent 20 minutes talking to this lady, have her name written down in my records, have a voicemail from when she originally contacted me, and called her back on her private number that she gave me. Yet, she was convinced I didn't talk to me because she is "normally good with names". There is no accountability at this site. I would not trust the prices or suggestions given for service and I would also not believe the customer relations when they say anything. I will never go there again. More
