I scheduled a drop off time at 8:45 and arranged for a rental car, since I was told the repair would take 4 hours. When I arrived, the service adviser did not introduce himself and did not bother to look up my appointment to know why I was there. Instead, he insisted on selling me a variety of services, including a brake inspection, even though I indicated that I had the brake service done just a few months ago. Then he failed to inform the rental car agent that I was there, so I spent a hour waiting for the rental car. I won't waste my time scheduling appointments or having my car serviced with Curry again. More

Excellent Service at Curry Honda for Several Years! I have used Curry Honda for several years now and am very happy with the service. Chris Ford was my service advisor previously, and my most recent vi I have used Curry Honda for several years now and am very happy with the service. Chris Ford was my service advisor previously, and my most recent visit was with Kristen Parrott. Although, Chris was checking in to say "hello" and advised Kristen (upon her request) regarding a damaged headlight repair issue. I find the service personnel to be friendly, engaged with the customer, and willing to listen to your concerns. Car repair is just expensive anywhere, but at least here at Curry you do feel that you are getting the best work for your money. The new Coordinator Team makes it seamless when you drive into the Service Center, so you are taken care of immediately, and not left to stand around waiting for the service advisor to finish with someone else. Chris always explained the work that needed to be done and did not push unnecessary work on me. I'm sure Kristen will do the same. I recommend the Curry team for your Honda! More
