This is their modus operandi to bring inno I took my 2002 Honda Odyssey into Curry Honda for an oil change because they sent me a coupon in the mail. This is their modus operandi to bring innocent customers into their shop to fleece. I made an appointment and they still made me wait almost 3 hours before they even looked at my vehicle! That in itself should warrant zero stars. But the dishonesty and blatant lying after that even more outrageous. They did not perform an oil change because of an "aftermarket drain plug stuck in oil pan". Not only thay, they had the audacity to recommend "sealing the leaking oil pump and changing the oil pan for $1700"!! I wasn't born yesterday and knowing a thing or two about cars, walked out seething with anger. I took it to a mechanic that I could trust and he confirmed that my oil pump and pan were fine. Curry Honda has a license to rob and steal under the pretext of providing "service". It will be a cold day in xxxx before I go back there again. Stay away from this place unless you want to walk away penniless and broke. More

I purchased my honda accord sport on december 23 2015 not even 7 MONTHS later the bumper was coming loose off the car honda gives you a 3 year bumper to bumper just in case things happen to the car which is my assurance that i am buying a well built car and i am guarenteed things will be fixed if things do happen to the car within that 3 years outside of accidents of or anything of my doing so on friday july 8 2016 i took the car to CURRY HONDA IN SMYRNA TO THE BODY SHOP AND TALKED TO ANDY HAVERKAMP BODY SHOP ESTIMATORwhen i showed him where the bumper is coming off the first thing he said 1 I DIDNT DO IT 2 THESE CARS ARE MASSED PRODUCED AND THINGS HAPPEN 3 ITS LOOSE SO THAT THE CAR FLEXES AS YOU DRIVE 4 ITS LOOSE SO THAT THE PAINT WANT RUB OFF He told me those 4 reasons why the bumper was like it was i showed him the other side and it was like that it was nice and tight no paint was rubbing off. LET ME TELL YOU HE DIDNT BOTHER TO FIX IT THAT DAY AND I HAVE NEVER HEARD A LINE OF CRAP LIKE THAT IN MY LIFE WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE CONCERN FOR THE CUSTOMER NEEDS WELL IT WASNT THAT DAY AND ANDY HAVERKAMP DIDNT BOTHER TO TAKE MY CONCERNS SERIOUSLY SO NOTHING WAS DONE TO THE CAR THAT DAY SO AS SOON AS I LEFT I WAS ON THE PHONE TO HONDA USA AND FINALLY SOMEONE THERE TOOK MY CONCERNS SERIOUSLY THEY created a case number for me and i talked to stevie there and she was very moved by my concerns and what had just happened to me . she indicated she was sending the complaint to CURRY HONDA because each store is independantly operated. After i contacted honda usa i called ANTHONY DAVIS THE DEAL MAKER AND I HAVE TO SAY HE DID A GOOD JOB AT GETTING ME FINANCED FOR MY NEW CAR THANK YOU ANTHONY HOWEVER IN THIS SITUATION I CALLED HIM FRIDAY AND HE DIDNT CALL ME BACK HE SAID HE WAS WITH A CUSTOMER WELL I TOLD HIM I AM ONE OF HIS CUSTOMERS AND I NEEDED TO TALK TO HIM HE SAID HE WOULD CALL ME BACK AND HE DID NOT CALL ME BACK SO I TOOK IT UPON MYSELF TO CALL HIM JULY 9 2016 HE TOLD ME HE WOULD CALL ME BACK AFTER HE FINISH WORKING I WAITED UP NO NO NO CALL BACK HE TOLD ME JULY 10 THAT HE DIDNT CALL HIS CUSTOMERS BACK THAT LATE AND I TOLD HIM I WAS UP WAITING FOR HIS CALL SO THAT I COULD ADDRESS MY CONCERNS WITH HIM . SO I AM PISSED OFF BY NOW AND JUST ME I WASNT NICE AT ALL SO HE TOLD ME TO CALL HIM MONDAY AND COME IN TO SEE HIM I DIDNT AND THEN HE STARTED ACTING ALL STUPID ABOUT WHY I WAS EVEN THERE HE WOULD EVEN LISTEN TO ME ANTHONY IM NOT INTERESTED IN YOUR QUESTIONS ONLY MY CONCERNS YOU NEED TO LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMS I TELL YOU YOU WILL PICK THAT PHONE UP QUICK WHEN YOU THINK I HAVE A CUSTOMER FOR YOU HOWEVER WHEN I HAVE A PROBLEM YOU DONT WANT TO HELP ME WITH IT OR EVEN LISTEN LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING YOU SHOULD ME SILENT WHEN THE CUSTOMER IS UPSET AND NEEDS TO TALK TO YOU ABOUT THERE CONCERNS YOU SHOULD NEVER HAVE TREATED ME THAT WAY. SO ANTHONY TOLD ME TO GO TO THE BODY SHOP AND TALK TO CORY FORD BODY SHOP MANAGER AND WHEN I WENT OVER THERE THE GIRL THAT TALK TO ANTHONY DAVIS TOLD HIM THAT CORY WAS BUSY WITH A CUSTOMER AND HE COULD TALK TO ME RIGHT NOW SO I LEFT AND CALLED CORY BACK LATER ON . SO HE TOLD ME TO COME BACK AND HE WOULD LOOK AT IT SO HE DID AND ALL CORY FORD DID IS TAKE A SCREW DRIVER AND TIGHTEN IT UP ALL THOSE LIES THAT ANDY HAVERKAMP TOLD ME HE COULD HAVE TOOK THAT TIME TO HELP ME INSTEAD OF LIE TO ME . IN CONCLUSION IF I WERE YOU I WOULD NOT GO TO CURRY HONDA TO BUY A CAR NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE SELL IN MY POINT OF VIEW I LOOK AT IT LIKE THIS YOU HAVE MY MONEY TO PAY YOUR BILL AND LIVE YOUR LIFE THEN WHEN I HAVE A PROBLEM THAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESS YOU ACT LIKE IM A STRANGER I CAN ONLY IMAGINE THE NUMBER OF CUSTOMER WHO HAVE GONE IN THERE WITH WARRANTY ISSUES AND CURRY HONDA TELLS THEM A PACK OF LIES AND DECEIVES THERE CUSTOMERS WELL LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING CURRY HONDA YOU MEET THE WRONG CUSTOMER TO LIE TO AND TRY TO CHEAT FIND YOU A BETTER PLACE TO GO BUY YOU A HONDA NOT CURRY NOT CURRY HONDA . AND TO LET YOU KNOW I AM REPORTING THIS TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION TO LET THEM KNOW WHATS GOING ON AT CURRY HONDA. ONE MORE THING I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO CURRY HONDA TO BUY MY NEXT CAR UNLESS IT IS A WARRANTY ISSUE I DONT WANT TO LOOK AT THOSE PEOPLE OR HEAR THE PACK OF LIES THAT COME OUT OF THERE MOUTHS DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DO NOT GO TO CURRY HONDA IN SMYRNA. another thing my warranty is my assurance that the car i buy will be backed up within the warranty time period. by the way i purchased my honda accord sport on december 23, 2015. i know that has not been 3 years according to the google calendar. Only disappointment was that because it took longer than the promised time and I didn't have the time to wait the 45 min. (minimum) for the shuttle to come get me to bring me back to pick up my car, I had to take an Uber (approx. $15). And, I ended up in Friday afternoon traffic;I had scheduled my appointment at 11:00 in the morning specifically to avoid that possibility. Besides it taking too long, service was good and everyone is friendly and nice to deal with. More
