Met a personable service representative, Sarah Stewart, who prepared the paperwork and reviewed the maintenance records for my car. Based on the time since my last service, she recommended I have my tires rotated and balanced. I said OK, providing the work could be completed by 10:00 AM. She agreed and I went to the waiting room while my car was being serviced. True to her word, Sarah got my car serviced and returned to me ahead of schedule, and I was able to leave for my 10:30 doctor's appointment. More
