The Service department is always flexible with appointment times, works to get service done quickly but, will also call when they spot something out of the ordinary that may need my attention. Staff has always been pleasant and accommodating. I also like that they are located within the Perimeter and have a shuttle service to Marta, or any location... it makes car service during the week hassle free. More

Overall positive experience with service/sales department. I just moved to Atlanta and ended up going to Curry Honda because it was relatively close to Buckhead. My car is leased and my lease is up in a few months, so I looked at the new CR-V while I was waiting for my car. Anthony Davis ended up being the individual who first approached me on the floor, but several staff members approached me to make sure I was being helped. I only wandered down to the Sales Department because I wanted to kill time and I was curious about the new CR-V - I had no intention of actually engaging in any transaction. Mr. Davis was very helpful and informative (and not pushy, which I appreciated given I was only looking). He was very patient and answered all of my questions. When my lease does end, I plan on using him to work out my next Honda lease/purchase. Service department also does a good job of giving accurate time estimates and customer service is very dedicated to making sure the customer experience is the best it can be. More
