Won’t be coming back The Curry Honda Service Department was not upfront with me about the condition of my car. I brought my car in for some routine maintenance and a multi The Curry Honda Service Department was not upfront with me about the condition of my car. I brought my car in for some routine maintenance and a multi-point inspection. During the maintenance it was discovered I needed an additional repair. I then asked my assigned service advisor if there was anything else wrong with my car as I wanted to prepare for the worst. The service advisor told me “nope, you’re all good.” This was a blatant lie. After forking over a paycheck to get my car back, I discovered the results of the multi-point inspection snuck into the back of a big stack of papers from Curry Honda. Multiple categories on this form were marked as needing immediate repairs, which to me does not mean my car is “all good.” I learned in talking to the service manager, Chris, that my service advisor withheld the information that I have an engine oil leak and my brake fluid and power steering fluid need replacement. The dishonesty of the Curry Honda Service Department left me in a potentially dangerous situation with my car. I had to dig to get information that should have been reviewed with me immediately in the shop. And to be blatantly told nothing else was wrong with my car when I asked directly just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be returning. More

They get me in and out in a timely fashion, while making sure all needs are met. They also do a follow up phone call to see how my experience was and what, if anything needed improving. Chris Ford & Brian Rogers I currently have a 2004 Honda Accord. I have been having all of my service with Curry since day 1. I have been through several advisors (which does no I currently have a 2004 Honda Accord. I have been having all of my service with Curry since day 1. I have been through several advisors (which does not make me happy). Since I had Chris Ford as my advisors and he is currently the advisor manager, I could not be happier with the service that I have been receiving. Chris a couple years ago referred me to Brian Rogers. Brian has definitely been an asset to me as I can tell that Chris has been an influence on him. Both Chris and Brian explain everything in detail and I know that I’m getting the best quality care that I can be getting. I would be devastated if Chris was gone!
