Curry Honda responded

Due to the fact that your vehicle has been operating normally for 2 months and 6,000 miles after a starter was replaced, this is considered a new issue. The vehicle would not have been starting for the last 6,000 miles with missing relays causing the failure now. Since it is a new problem, we did not offer a refund of starter that needed to be replaced at that time to correct the no start concern the vehicle was having.
