Brenda (Salesperson) was nice but there were several things I had requested in the car we selected. We were shown 2 cars a 2009 Honda Civic Hybrid with 35500 Miles and a Toyota RAV4 with 78000k miles. W things I had requested in the car we selected. We were shown 2 cars a 2009 Honda Civic Hybrid with 35500 Miles and a Toyota RAV4 with 78000k miles. When we saw that on the Toyota sticker, we said no thanks (too many miles). We had already test drove the 2009 Honda Civic Hybred. It was nice. I had asked for the Price, Carfax, the Used 2009 car features (I was given a 2012 Car Brouchure)and that the price included Warranty. Brenda had asked for our financial information as soon as we sat down. She walked away and talked to us about the car and then walked away again. About 10 minutes later she had a Price of >$19k with out financing. I then asked about the warranty which then we were told it was under warranty. I felt that the sell was manipulated and I said to Brenda that I don't feel confortable giving you our financial information without getting the price and, specs on the car and what comes with it...waranty, features on the car Bluetooth capability, etc... My Husband and I were told we would get all that and that we have have 72 hrs to make a decision by Brenda. (I Thought it was like Carmax Lithia Springs, also, in Georgia who offers a week to decide on the car you take home). I specifically asked about Bluetooth Capability. Brenda told us that this 2009 had it, but It didn't. We said we wanted to pay $1899.99 plus a comparable 12% APR and with a 48 month payment term. (Thinking it was with a Warranty) Then Demetrius (finance manager) and introdued himself. We went to his office and he started with an offered of 9.9% APR with Capitol One Financing. (Thats' who financed our trade )so that was great. He offered a $424.?? month payments. We had a Trade-in a 2004 Chevy Trailbazer with less than 78k miles and STILL UNDER original FULL WARRANTY ($50 Deductable). The Blue Book for poor condition-Body Damage only >$1500 was $6500. Good condition $7200.In Great Condition $7800)) We were offered $5500 for it. We owed $4400- $1100 from Trade-in $500 /Making it a $1660.00 Cash Down Payment (We were pleased with this too). What we were not pleased with were the End Results. It was explained that the quote on the 2009 Honda Hybrid for $19k " Did Not Include the Full Waranty" and that the current Full Manufacture Warrant will be expired in less than 400 miles on it! After it was not clear and going back and forth with Demetrius, Brian (the Manager, I think), stuck his head in. He asked if everything was okay and we said yes. Demetrius stepped out for about 2 minutes and came back in and and offered us a total 3 yr full warranty for monthly payments of $425.00,(8 Different options GAP, CARECARE and REPAIR MAINTENCE,THE EXTENDED WARRANTY and a couple of other features). We ended up with only 3 of the options for $402.69. Demetrius instructed us to sign Here, Here, Here, Here.... without even reading 75% of what we were signing. We thought "we had 72 hours" to think about our decision even with signed papers so we did. About 15 minutes later...Demetrius had everything signed and took us back out to Brendas' desk. Brenda was with another client so she got up and quickly gave us the keys to the 2009 Honda and had said our car was ready. We did not do a walk through of the Honda or learn the features. We did not get a checklist of the cars' specific features, nor the paper that had 5 offers for different Warranties; listings of 8 different types of coverage, lengths, prices and descriptions of the 8 warranty options, but with about 15 sheets and Temporary Tag from Demetrius and instruction on the receipt of the tag from Brenda. Our whole experience took about 4 hrs. As my husband and I were driving home we felt good about our car. After being home for about an hour, I (Yvonne), started reading the paperwork my husband and I had signed with Demetrius. The more I read the more I understood that this was not good deal. We had paid $19k for a car 3 year old without a warranty (the car had over 35,000.00 miles and the Full Manufacturer Warranty had would Expired after 400 miles (at 36000 miles). The information Tag on the car that said it had a Limited Warranty on it, had been removed by the time the car was put out front for us to take home. We still don't understand the Limited Warranty or the details of the 3 year Warranty we paid over $2700 for. We had left our Trade In with Curry Honda and Brenda. My husband and I had signed to Finanace exactly $21,742.75!!! We are contracted to pay an ADDITIONAL $2875.00 for a 3 Extended ("Limited")Waranty $1875.00, Gap Protection $500.00 and Care Care Protection $400.00) to cover this 3 year old car for another 35,000 miles and will still have to pay for the car for 3 more years (the car will then be 9 yrs old). My Husband and I will pay almost $30,000 for a car that NADA BOOK Value was $16,875.00 with 35,000 Extended Warranty or $13,175.00 without the extended Warranty. We were given financing of 6 years rather than 5 at $402.69 monthly payment. We will Pay exactly $28993.68 to pay this 2009 Honda HyBrid Sedan. To top it off...the car will not be fully covered for 6 yrs, but only for 3 of the years, it is being financed for. The next day Brenda called around 10:13am to thank us and see how we liked our new car. I told her that we wanted to bring the car back. She asked why. I explained that we wanted to bring it back because we did'nt want to pay for the extended warranty on a 2009 car with 35k miles for $19k and that we could not get it covered under insurance. We would be there before 12 noon Monady, 2/27/2012. When we got there around 12:20pm est and we waited about 10 minutes and then Brenda Greeted us. She had spoke to us for about 5 minutes and then disappeared. She came back after about 12 minutes and said we needed to talk to Demetrius and that she knows nothing about what Demetrius and we discussed after we met with him (which was true because she was not with us and Demetrius). We were there for about 15 minutes and Brenda said her boss was in an audit and meeting could not see us, but Demetrius will speak to us. About 15 minutes after that she came to ask why we wanted to bring the car back again I explained, we would have preferred a new car with a Warranty for $19k rather than a used one without a warranty for $19k. The car did not have Bluetooth and that it was within 72 hours. Let us renegotiate the deal or give us our car back. She said she was sorry we felt that way and went to get Demetrius. 20 minutes later Demetrius came and invited us back to his office he asked what was our problem. We told him and within 5 minutes of our being there he said "We WILL NOT CHANGE THE CONTRACT AND THAT THE PROBLEM WAS WITH BRENDA...IN CREATING THE SALE." At that point I told him that I am not pleased with paying $19k for a car without a Full Warranty. He tried to justify the low mileage and the fact that a new 2012 Civic Hybrid is $29k (mind you with a Full Warranty and Fully loaded. Mid $23k on their Hybrid floor models and Mid $19k for a 2012 Honda Civics outside. We did not get to read what we had signed as we were rushed. After about a half hour of talking in cirles with Demetrius it was no confort, nor did it resolve anything. We were then escorted back to Brenda's desk. She was not there but she meet us as we sat down. We told her that we would have preferred a new car with a warranty... she said "you don't have to buy the warranty ".(which is why the car probably cannot be insured w/o GAP, a limited warranty, on a Used 2009 HYBRID.... 3 year old car, with over 35k miles, for $19k. Financing Still not included!!! I thought you said we could decide 72 hours from signing if not pleased. She told me "Not in the state of Georgia"!!! Then I new we did not do as good as we thought. I like the car, but I don't feel we were told the truth. We Thought, we had time 72 hrs!!! We were asked for our verification info back(our Bills, check stubbs and proof of my SSD income), We asked for the carfax which she gave us right then, but the Warranty information and the car specs will be sent in the mail. She said she will talk to her boss and get back with us in a Few Weeks. At that point I said to myself "Bullsh#&". After the first of March we will be history!!! There will not be any renegotiation. Deal Close!!! You got what you got...DUPED!!!. In closing, the experience would have been good had I had an opportunity to go over the paperwork and not lead to beleave I had 72 hrs. I was not pleased with the deal we could have gone home with the #s because they were busy. Our 2004 Chevy Trailblazer was still under warranty and we only had a year of payments left. we could have drove our car home and came back had we known. This whole experience will have a 6 year impact. What ever you do... READ ALL YOUR PAPERWORK BEFORE YOU DRIVE OFF THE PARKING LOT IN THEIR CAR!!!... IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA AND at CURRY HONDA Dealer(DORAVILLE, GA.) You own it if you have signed the contract!!! Verify WARRANTY on your NEW and USED Car... it may be LIMITED, 36-100k miles warranty can be offered prices are ala carte or get 3 options instead of 8 for a differenece of $22.00 (in my case). Verify your warranty deductable (Demetrius gave me $100 instead of $50...he decided that for me!!!) Don't sign without having All your questions answered. make sure all your Figures add up. Mrs. Y. Overall, my experiences have been very good. Telio worked as my original sales person and was warm, inviting and trustworthy. He has remained an advocate for me and has continued to follow my overall satisfaction with my car. I returned to have my car serviced and had a wonderful experience with C. J. I feel the prices for routine care are very good and competitive, however think the prices quoted for additional work are a bit high. More

Teh service advisor was not giving proper support they just want to take money out of your pocket. They told me VTC actuator change is not under powertrian warrenty so I have o pay for this. Actually it is under powertrain warrenty 5/60. I do have previous exp with them recommending unnecessary service quotes with my vehicle. I wont advise to go there for purchase or service. The first time I walked into this Honda was truly a divine intervention. I prayed to God that I would have a better car purchase experience, because the OTHER DEALER vehicle I had previously purchased divine intervention. I prayed to God that I would have a better car purchase experience, because the OTHER DEALER vehicle I had previously purchased and owned was a LEMON (from the moment I drove it off the lot and did not know it). My Mother and I walked in the door and immediately Mr. Craig was right there welcoming us and asking all the right questions. After patiently listening to our sob stories of dealing with other car dealerships on our side of town, who refused to put in the work and put me into a car at a decent price, he did just that - put in the work and put me into a brand new, in GOOD CONDITION, decent-priced car. After picking out my FIRST Honda (a 2010 Civic) and going over the financial points, I walked away with a brand new car and a brand new hope that one could go shopping for a good car and get a better one than what was even imagined possible. Today, I went back to refinance my note and walked away with my SECOND Honda (a 2011 CV-R) and the terms of an agreement that still financially works for myself and family. All I can say is thank you God for sending me to a dealership that represents Honda best and gives its best especially to those who lost all faith in car dealing. Craig Hollis and Curry Honda give me the royal treatment, respect, product, time, patience and 200%(every visit) that I have yet to know at any other dealership. So whether you have always had a "good" car or a "bad" car experience, GO to CURRY and don't look back!!!! More
If you need a service rep with integrity, who genuinely cares about your safety, that will not suggest unnecessary repairs, is friendly and will explain problems until you understand, who will go the extra cares about your safety, that will not suggest unnecessary repairs, is friendly and will explain problems until you understand, who will go the extra mile - see CJ. He is backed up by a quality team too. During one of my visits the person who changed my oil and did some other work forgot to reset my maintenace counter. On his way home he thought about it and called CJ. (What other service dept thinks about you after you leave?) CJ called me and asked next time I was in the area to drop by and they would reset it for me. For the inconvenience, they offered a free oil change. We all make mistakes - it's how we handle those that make the greatest impact. I go out of my way to use Curry. I would recommend them to anyone. I have friends that feel the same. Keep up the great work! Loyal Customer T Frost. More

I went in with my partner to find a used car for him and he knew which one he wanted. We had a price in mind and started negotiations over the cost. As we rejected 2 offers, it became apparent that this wasn't working for us. When we were about to leave he walked away and began cursing under his breath. This behavior in his line of work is absolutely unacceptable. 1st- It's your job to negotiate prices with customers and to deal. If you can't handle facing customers and feeling rejection.. this is NOT the job for you. 2nd- Take a customer service course. It might help the next time. We will not be returning to Curry. After this experience, it became very obvious that we as consumers are not the 1st priority. More

I needed to buy a Honda Odyssey EX, but I wanted it to be a few years old, with low miles and in good shape. That was very hard to find, because they were selling so fast when they came into dealerships. So a few years old, with low miles and in good shape. That was very hard to find, because they were selling so fast when they came into dealerships. So many times they were sold before I could get there or make the deal. That's when I talked to Herb Ford at Curry. He said he would do his best to get me what I wanted at a good price. He kept his word, big time. He found us the perfect van (a trade-in) and made the purchasing process so smooth. We negotiated a price and they were very fair. I was very impressed with everyone there. The Finance manager even made sure all the paperwork had the price I agreed to. I would recommend Herb and Curry Honda to anyone. They have a return customer for life. More
In 2006 I purchased a new Honda Accord at this dealership. I was very satisfied with that experience. Beacause of my prior experience with Curry Honda I decided to purchase a car with them again. dealership. I was very satisfied with that experience. Beacause of my prior experience with Curry Honda I decided to purchase a car with them again. Curry purchased my 2006 Accord from me and gave me a very good price for it. The salesperson was Telio Deetjen. He worked hard to assure that I would be satisfied with not only my new car purchase but that my trade in value met my needs. Needless to say, he was courteous, prompt and knowledgeable about the Honda product. When I left that day in my new 2012 Honda Civic I knew that I had just received the highest customer service possible when purchasing an automobile. I will buy a car from Curry again. I like the automobiles, but the customer service keeps me coming back. Thanks Curry Honda. More
