I'm a currect customer I have bought several vehicles from Curry Honda and time and time again I have had a bad experience. (Maybe I should look for another dealer). I'm having issues with my CRV and whe from Curry Honda and time and time again I have had a bad experience. (Maybe I should look for another dealer). I'm having issues with my CRV and when I called the service dept. the rep who answered my call was unprofessional, rude and lacked customer services skills. I was basically told that I needed to bring my car in but I needed to find out how I was going to get back to work since they're shuttle only goes 10miles. Unfortunately, I'm a full-time employee and my CRV is the only vehicle I have. They were not flexible at all and even though they're hours of operation during the week are from 7am -7pm, I was told I had to bring the car in no later than 1pm. But again no way for me to return to work. Obviously Curry Honda does not value they're customers who have been loyal to them. Its frustrating since I purchased my car there and have the service plan no other dealer takes the service plan and the reason that I'm getting from them is they never receive payment from the company. Throughout all of my experiences of purchasing cars or talking with salesmen, the quality and excell employee on the Curry Honda team, James Ballard. Throughout all of my experiences of purchasing cars or talking with salesmen, the quality and excellence James imparts does not compare. In an era where good personable service and expertise is scarce and nearly impossible to come by across businesses, visiting Curry Honda and communicating with James was refreshing. He eloquently explained everything to me regarding the vehicle I intended to purchase and answered all my questions with patience. James was not pushy. Instead, he was confident and remained diligent yet patient when following up with me. On the day of the purchase, once again, he was very knowledgeable and explained everything with clarity. I did not feel rushed and he took the time to thoroughly explain all the components of my new vehicle. He is extremely professional and has a warmth and kindness that bestows a “family-like,” trusting atmosphere, which makes me want to continue my service here. Since purchasing my car, he has followed up and helped to make sure my license plates/tags were sent to me in a timely manner! I plan to be a long-term customer and will share the word about the service I received to my neighbors, family and friends. Thank you James!!! More
Came here looking for a particular car, an Accord EX with a manual transmission. I know this car is hard to find, so I wouldn't begrudge a dealer for not having one. My experience was not a typical one - a prospective buyer walks in, finds a vehicle, makes a deal, then drives away happily ever after. A purchased a vehicle "as-is" under the condition that they would take care of the alignment issue which I noticed and noted on my test drive and the pre-inspection mechanic also recommended. Long story short, it turned out that the issue wasn't the alignment after all but a deeper issue. Uh oh, I bought the car "as-is" though and now we find out a week later it's in need of 3k worth of repairs - stuff that the dealership missed (I trust their pricing of the vehicle was an honest one) and my mechanic missed. Well, turns out they offered a full buy back on the vehicle or to do the repairs at a heavily discounted rate. Since I didn't have the cash, doing the buyback made the most sense. I was and am very very happy with this outcome and think it was the fair thing to do *given the price the vehicle was sold at and condition was labeled as*. Even though this wasn't a "smooth" experience I would still easily go back here if/when looking for a Honda. The customer service was superb and everyone I worked with/talked to was very personable and helpful, treating me like a real human. More

My experience at Curry Honda was perfect. The sales associates were extremely friendly. The showroom was very clean and welcoming. I traded in my car for a new Honda and I couldn't be happier. My husband and I came to Curry Honda on a Saturday afternoon around 5pm looking to trade our two newer Volvos (one of which is still under warranty) in on a new Accord. I drive a tremendous amount fo afternoon around 5pm looking to trade our two newer Volvos (one of which is still under warranty) in on a new Accord. I drive a tremendous amount for work and know the Honda brand to be long lasting and reliable. From the start our experience was terrible. The sales associate Glenn Price did nothing but waste our time. It became apparent after my husband and I walked the inventory lot ourselves that the particular model and color option we were looking for was not in stock. We were assured it would only take a 24 hour period for the dealership to locate our vehicle, so we agreed to "talk numbers". Parched from walking the inventory lot in 90 degree weather, we were never offered a refreshment of any kind. After an hour wait, and once our sales consultant had his break (yes, I actually saw him walk right past me in the showroom with his pizza in hand) we were told he'd then show our trade in information to the sales managers! We would have left right then and there but Glenn went MIA again with our car key in hand. Once he finally sat back down we were informed of three things; first, the dealership had sold 40 cars that day and the "Big Guys" at the desk were tired, ready to get off for the evening, and not really looking at our deal...WHAT!! You mean I've spent the past 3 hours of my Saturday afternoon after I've gotten off work all to hear your employees are tired! Secondly, our trades were each valued more than $3000 below blue book TRADE IN value. My husband and I are each highly educated individuals, in turn we do our research...but good try Curry. Last but not least, we were handed our key and sent in search of our vehicle which was never brought back from the back lot. Needless to say, as a business owner myself, I truly hope the owner(s) of this dealership step in and improve this dealership's customer service. I would never bring my Honda cars to this dealer for services again. Approximately two months ago (April 12, 2013), I brought my 2007 Accord for a "Power Steering Hose Leak" recall service. They did it. services again. Approximately two months ago (April 12, 2013), I brought my 2007 Accord for a "Power Steering Hose Leak" recall service. They did it. Approximately one week ago, my wife noticed power steering making noise. I opened hood this morning and noticed the power steering fluid was very low, and there is leak. I brought the car back to the dealer. They checked and told me that the Power Steering Pump went bad and wanted $510.00 to replace it. I argued that they did the work replacing the hose and caused the leak. But they won't back off. They are just not a good dealer to deal with. I had another issue with them about three years ago. Check Engine Light went on with my 1999 Accord. I brought the car to them. They checked and told me the catalytic converter went bad and wanted $1,150 to fix it. Since it's a lot of money, I decided to get a second opinion. It ends up the check engine sensor was not react correctly, just need a reset. They tried to rip off me $1,150. Be very careful if you have to deal with them. More
I worked with salesman Percy Stepp. He is a deceitful thief. He contacted me frequently before buying the new 2013 Honda Accord Coupe. When it arrived, it was damaged so it needed servicing before I even thief. He contacted me frequently before buying the new 2013 Honda Accord Coupe. When it arrived, it was damaged so it needed servicing before I even took it off the lot. He promised me he'd give me some Honda products and a cargo net for my inconveniences. After I took the car home, he was the hardest person to reach: wouldn't return my phone calls, emails, nothing until I drove to the dealer. He never gave me anything that he promised. Most of the other people who work there are pretty rude too. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THESE CROOKS AGAIN, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. More
