While driving from Jacksonville Fl to Cedar Rapids IA, our van began making loud grinding noise like a bad drive shaft. Fearing the worst, we stopped at Curry Honda early in the morning. They found that t our van began making loud grinding noise like a bad drive shaft. Fearing the worst, we stopped at Curry Honda early in the morning. They found that the problem was loose lug nuts on one wheel, caused by inadequate torque applied when wheels were rebalanced in Jacksonville. They did a thorough job checking over the rest of the van, then sent us on our way AT NO CHARGE!!!! If ever there was an opportunity to take advantage of someone this would have been it, but they were extremely friendly, helpful, and quick to find the problem. We couldn't be more pleased with this dealership and the people who work there! More
My wife recently visited Curry Honda to purchase a 2011 Honda Odyssey. She was greated by a young man(Benji Powers, who she would have bought the car from if his trainer had not taken over) who was very p Honda Odyssey. She was greated by a young man(Benji Powers, who she would have bought the car from if his trainer had not taken over) who was very professional and helpful, however he was new to the dealership, His trainer then took over for him and the experience quickly changed from good to awful. He was extremely rude and talked down on her, which ended her visit promptly. Not only was he rude but his appearance was sloppy and he was sweating everywhere (clean yourself up man, not only are you selling a car but you are selling yourself). More
I purchased my car about a year and a half ago and now it's making a strange noise every morning and every afternoon after it's been sitting for a few hours. I brought my car to this location so someone c it's making a strange noise every morning and every afternoon after it's been sitting for a few hours. I brought my car to this location so someone can tell me what's going on and to fix the problem. Well, after speaking with Brian Walker the service rep I was basically told that since the car would only make the noise after its been sitting for a few hours and they can't duplicate the sound that there's nothing they can do. He never even bothered to look up under the hood to see if they can figure out what the problem is. I'm not a mechanic but you don't have to be a genius to know that something is wrong with your car !!! That was a slap in my face! What a waste of time driving there only to be turned away. I asked to speak with the service manager Chris and he's the main reason why I'm writing this review !!! Why is he called the service manager when he doesn't know about customer service nor does he know how to handle a situation ?? Managers are suppose to straighten out the complaint as professional as possible instead I left the service area with such a disgusting taste in my mouth !!! I'm absolutely without a doubt upset that I'm driving in a car that may have some mechanical issues and I'm still making payments on this car. Curry Honda will make sure you purchase a car from them even lie to you about the car but when something is wrong you better not bring it to them because they won't bother taking a look to see what's wrong !!! I've got nothing but good things to say about the folks at Curry Honda who helped me and my daughter work through a complicated long distance situation. Long story short, my daughter's 1998 Accord wa folks at Curry Honda who helped me and my daughter work through a complicated long distance situation. Long story short, my daughter's 1998 Accord was in Atlanta facing costly engine repairs, she was back at school in Alabama, and I was home in Boston. But Chris Ford in service helped me determine that my daughter's 1998 Accord wasn't worth fixing, and then he turned me over to George Amini in used car sales, who helped me find and buy a newer, more reliable 2006 Civic for my daughter, as well as get maximum trade-in value for the Accord and cover a portion of the repair work that had been approved by my daughter. Both men were knowledgeable and professional, honest and fair with me, answered all my questions and concerns, made the experience simple and seamless, and, more importantly, treated my daughter like she was their own. Without question, I'd take my 2004 Pilot to Curry Honda for service and buy a car from them if I lived near Atlanta. More

The salespeople gave me Perfect experience at Curry Honda. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. And there was a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. The salespeople gave me lots of good information on the car I wanted to buy, and showed me the advantages/disadvantages of comparable models. And their prices just can't be beat! The salesperson walked me through the process, and I never felt intimidated. They took good care of me. Brian Dominick, the manager, even helped me personally with a lot of my crazy questions/requests. I would recommend all my friends to come for their next Honda purchase. Loved it!! More

Do not get your car repaired here. They will take you for everything you've got and do nothing. Every time I go there they find something that needs to be repaired on my car. I have bought my car new in for everything you've got and do nothing. Every time I go there they find something that needs to be repaired on my car. I have bought my car new in 2010 and always take it to the dealership to be repaired regurally. We recently moved to Atlanta and ever since my car apparently constantly needs something replaced or some crazy flush. You may be thinking people in Atlanta commute a lot but I don't. I work from home, my kids ' school is about ten blocks away. However, I would drop 300-400 every six months. I felt there had to be something wrong. I reviewed my reciepts since coming to curry honda and hr recipts from back home. Theulu just didnt make since. For the same code Curry would suggest more services, I also noticed that they reported my brake pads needing to be replace way too often. I thought it was strange because I had factory brake pads the amount of use within six months was the same as having driven to Atlanta from Portland, OR. I called to speak to the manager about it ht he never returned my call. I went in during my regularly scheduled maintenance and they guy was not working that day. However, they found a nail in my tire that couldn't be patched. The entire tire needed to be replaced. The tired are one year old! I told them to try their hardest to patch the thing. My husband went into the back to speak with the guy that was doing the repair. He said the repair was easy and he could take care of it. Every couple of weeks after the tired would go flat. I thought the patch just didn't work. My husband took it to the tire place and there was no patch!!!! But I paid for the patch job and the laborat Honda!!!! You've been warned don't go there!!! More

Walking out the door of this place I was verbally recommended to get over $1,500 worth of service work done to my Honda. Upon reviewing the receipt the only item listed as being recommended were tir recommended to get over $1,500 worth of service work done to my Honda. Upon reviewing the receipt the only item listed as being recommended were tires. I asked the service guy "what about all the other stuff you told me it needed, isn't that all supposed to be listed here?" He said that it is and should be listed but when he looked and realized it was not then he offered to write it in by hand, which I was not impressed with. This really left a bad taste in my mouth because it was my first visit to this dealer and I question if iI needed any of the extra services. I mean right when I pulled up they tried to sell me a throttle body service based purely on mileage before anyone had even looked at the car. The reason i went out of my way is that they had some coupons I wanted to use there. Well to make a long story short the coupons were a waste and I feel like I wasted my time going into this place and I do not think I will go out of my way to go back there. Is every Honda dealer in Atlanta crooked, recommending things such as air filter changes and fuel induction service to every single person regardless of if they need it or not? The guy mentioned to me my air filter and I laughed since I just changed it myself a month or two, and the same thing about the throttle body service. The guy at Curry Honda applied a coupon for the oil change for me, which was nice since I basically printed up a bunch of coupons for nothing, but honestly the coupon I had came in with was better because it included a tire rotation, despite being a few $ more. I did say I was planning to get new tires sooner than later, but my maintenance minder came up for the oil and rotation so they should have done that too. I almost feel like they were trying to just rush me out, even though it took over an hour to get out of there. I dont think it would have taken them much time to rotate my tires. I will comment the chairs were comfortable but the private room to study was more like a room of distractions. Its not really that private nor is it that quiet. The room is right next to the check out area so and you can hear anyone there talking and there and it has windows so you can see people walking by as there is a hallway there and people occasionally walk by, which you can see through the glass. That day I was stuck in 2 hours traffic getting home with a bunch of fools on the freeway, basically to save a few dollars on an oil change. No way was it worth it. I am not sure that I would go back to this place for service. More
