They reviewed what I wanted done, and Luis Gonzalez was courteous, polite and explained all my needs and recommendations for m Honda took me right in. They reviewed what I wanted done, and Luis Gonzalez was courteous, polite and explained all my needs and recommendations for my 2012Honda Fit. I didn't have my coupon book, but Luis Gonzalez took the extra step to call the company and verify I still had coupons left and I was not charged for my oil change :) Even though I was only there for the oil change an to have my tire looked at, Hondas records recommended my 30,000 mile maintenance, and they accommodated me by performing the additional work within a decent amount of turn around time. Thank you again Honda, and thank you Luis for your upbeat personality and all your help. More
