Service Department very busy! Had a scheduled oil change for my 2017 Ridgeline. Appointment was for 7:30 AM. Arrived at 7:17. After service tech checked me in he advised that I sho Had a scheduled oil change for my 2017 Ridgeline. Appointment was for 7:30 AM. Arrived at 7:17. After service tech checked me in he advised that I should also change the fluid in my differential which is recommended every 15000 miles.. I had 12400 but advised him to proceed. The tires were also rotated. Work was completed at 9:02. Everyone was polite and helpful but the process seemed to take longer than usual. More

Semi-Frustrating experience I wanted an estimate emailed to me to aid in making my decision to get my car repaired. I was told by the technician he didn’t know how to write one u I wanted an estimate emailed to me to aid in making my decision to get my car repaired. I was told by the technician he didn’t know how to write one up and no one ever asks for them so he doesn’t know how to do it. I was out of town and had been communicating by phone and email. I finally had to send someone to the shop to clarify the situation. The work was done but to be told he doesn’t know how to write up a repair estimate is silly and absurd. More

Super Support From the Collision Center I'm very thankful for the scheduling help, the loaner car, in order to replace my front bumper.
