I came in for my scheduled appointment at 2:30 and was told it was at 3:30 when the time of 2:30 was verified via text and email. Not offered another time to come back. I came to the appointment in this email which clearly states 2:30, 10 minutes early. When I got there I was told my appointment was not until 3:30 which is incorrect. I have been a customer of yours for several years and I have purchased many vehicles at your dealership. I did not get out of the dealership until 4:30, many other customers came and went while I waited. When I bought the vehicle I purchased the extended maintenance plan. The oil change and routine maintenance should have all been covered. I was told that I should change the fluid in the rear end which I thought should have been included in the package. It was not. I am very disappointed that you made me wait the hour after being told the appointment time was 2:30 and not 3:30 without giving me the option to reschedule. Then finding out that the regular fluid maintenance is not covered under the extended plan. I will not be referring anyone to your dealership going forward. Roger Galipeau More
