Brandon was was informative, helpful and pleasant. He expected my car to be ready by 3pm but it was not completed until 5:30pm. He said the repair tech was working on 4 cars. Once in the past I called for an appointment and a female said (so and so,I don't recall the name) a repair tech will call me back. No one called me back. I was disappointed about that. This past visit I liked that the front car mats were vacuumed. I also received a coupon for a free car wash. More
