Tristan and the technicians provided excellent customer service. Had an extremely difficult repair and they were very diligent in their diagnosis from beginning to end. Service Advisors aren’t equipped to handle volume of customers that come in for servicing. They don’t have loaner vehicles to give customers when they have your vehicle there waiting for technicians to customers that come in for servicing. They don’t have loaner vehicles to give customers when they have your vehicle there waiting for technicians to finally have time to look at your vehicle. I had to rent a vehicle for 10 days out of my own pocket because this dealership left my vehicle parked there, and never once looked at vehicle for three days. And then tell me I need a new battery that was purchased from dealership one year prior and still under warranty. And found way to redirect me to another dealership so they wouldn’t have to take the loss on replacing my vehicle battery. And while servicing my vehicle for a check engine problem technician tore off the insulation covering to my vehicle engine/motor and had the nerve to tell me they didn’t do it. And have yet to replace the insulation covering. But promise to order part and at no charge to replace. Service department at this dealership need to get it together and stop holding customers vehicles hostage with one story after another instead of fixing the customer vehicle they have you in limbo with all the lies and incompetence from the staff/ manager is even clueless because the advisors are not letting manager know the problems they are having getting customers their vehicles back in a timely fashion. Very unprofessional wouldn’t recommend this dealership for servicing. More

Absolutely the WORST customer service and if at all possible even WORSE service technicians. Brought vehicle in for what I described as a misfire led then to them rebuilding the transmission, then when possible even WORSE service technicians. Brought vehicle in for what I described as a misfire led then to them rebuilding the transmission, then when that did not work, replaced the cam shaft, when that did not work new spark plugs. After all of that after 5+ months of in and out with no loaner, still was not running properly and then said needed a new oil pump.... but that no longer under warranty!!! Had to pay over $2000 only to pick up vehicle and not get a 1/2 mile from them & engine oil low light comes on & car misfiring with no power. Returned immediately and couldn't care less. The service rep Dirk as an incredibly poor attitude, basically said i could come back next ay as they were closing. Gave up on them brought to my mechanic and guess what... the issue was a bad ignition coil.... replaced it & car has been running great. he also found that Curry never reconnected the oil sensor nor did they remount the transmission lines properly either.... DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO CURRY !!! More
I had a horrible experience in this dealership, I brought my car in for a simple fix and they detachable the back seats of my car and they neglected to put them back. I had my two kids seating and the whole my car in for a simple fix and they detachable the back seats of my car and they neglected to put them back. I had my two kids seating and the whole row came off with them seating in the car. Brought the car in again and they made it even worse. I am still waiting for them to call me back, I bet is not happening. They don't call you to inform you of your car, if you need to know anything you basically need to be on them. The manager thinks she is doing you favor and threat the costumers like if they not important. Worse costumer service ever. More
