I have purchased two cars from Currie Motors of Frankfort since we moved in and have used their Service Department since 1998. Recently I purchased a 2021 Mustang Mach E which is a BEV and I was somewhat concerned about service on the vehicle since it is all electric. I had to get a piece of software updated (it wasn't going to be OTA) and their technician uploaded the new software to take care of the problem I had. I don't have to worry since I know their mechanics are EV certified and my recent visit proved that. I want to give a shout out to Judy in service who has helped me the past 3 or 4 months purchase accessories for my Mach E using Rewards Points. Also to John Trehey who was my Service Advisor for my Mach E. John offered to take me home (which I did) and called me when the car was ready. I found the work was done in a timely manner and the new software took care of most of the problem the Phone As A Key program has. It also helped with the Bluetooth pairing of the phone. I can't honestly recommend their Sales Department but if you need your Ford worked on, Currie Motors of Frankfort Service Department is where you should go. Roberto Alfaro is top notch at overseeing the operation of the Service Department and always checks with the customer by e-mail when your car is serviced at Currie. Dr. Michael Barrows More
This is the worst customer service representative I have ever worked with. I scheduled an appointment at 8:15 am. It is now 10:00 am and my oil change is not complete. I questioned if it is typical for an oil change to take over an hour in which Bob looked at me with a disgusted look and responded "yes". I am now going on 2 hours, and I can see my truck has been sitting outside for 15 minutes and he has not told me it is ready. I am now just going to sit here and see how long it takes him to get to me. More

I was very pleased with Alex in the Service Dept. He was concerned about my situation of needing a new battery and had me come in right away to get a new one.
