Normally excellent. This time I asked him to check why the lights do not go on when the wipers are turned on. This stopped working after the last time I had it in this s This time I asked him to check why the lights do not go on when the wipers are turned on. This stopped working after the last time I had it in this shop for work, was reprogramed or something? When finished this time I tried the wipers and they still do not work the lights. I went back in and he did not have it checked. He said I would have to make an appointment and may cost me to fix it. This is something I think they messed up. Not happy! More
Made an appointment for an oil change & to take care of a recall on my 2018 Ford F-150. Dropped off at 800am & was told he had no idea on timeframe & would call when he knew how it was progressing. Luckily, I was provided with a shuttle home, Juan has transported me before & is a pleasure to talk to. Hours went by & my phone didn't ring, NO communication at all, luckily, I didn't need my truck that night. I had arranged for someone to drive me there when the service was completed, I'm greatly disappointed nobody could spare a minute to call & say the recall wouldn't be done till the next day. I had to have my daughter change her plans so I could get my truck, which I had thought would fixing a tailgate issue, not an all day repair. More

Beto, who was my service advisor, was friendly and clear about general maintenance and upkeep - he was not pushy at all. Brought my 2021 Mustang Mach E into Currie Motors of Frankfort Service Department without an appointment because I received an error message to service car soon on the 12 volt battery. John Trehey, my f Frankfort Service Department without an appointment because I received an error message to service car soon on the 12 volt battery. John Trehey, my favorite Service Writer, graciously took my car and offered me a ride home which I accepted. Currie spent two days running numerous tests and found no error codes or faults in the battery. The workup was meticulous and very detailed and followed Ford's recommended diagnostic procedures. I highly recommend Currie Motors of Frankfort's Service Department and especially John Trehey who goes above and beyond as Service Writer. More
2015 Ford Escape with 76,000 miles at Curry since June 28th .Ford recommends changing transmission fluid at 150,000 miles LOl. Roberto answers to me The car is fixed what is the problem , The bill is the bill and the best!! I quote here " I should have said 10,000 to fix it and you would be happy with your 5,000.00 bill to a customer that purchased two vehicles there. Lemon Curry I say. He was also very knowledgeable and provided a couple of a different courses of action which definitely took more time out of his day, but it was very much appreciated on our part. Not many people are willing to go the extra mile these days, but John really made us feel like a valued customer and we will certainly come back to Currie Motors for any of our future needs! More
