Currie Motors Ford of Frankfort - Service Center

After paying my $2200 bill I was told that my vehicle would be brought to me out front of the dealership. I waited for about 20 minutes and my vehicle was still not brought out to me. I went back inside would be brought to me out front of the dealership. I waited for about 20 minutes and my vehicle was still not brought out to me. I went back inside to inquire what was taking so long. A second service attendant asked if the keys hanging on a post near the desk of the first attendant were mine. I said they were, he then went around back and pulled my vehicle around. Apparently the first service attendant forgot about me and went somewhere. When the vehicle was ready for me, I noticed that it was filthy with dust and dirt. For $2200 plus of service, you would think that the vehicle could have at least been washed or rinsed off. It was clean when I brought it in. It took seven days to repair. I understand that the holiday caused some of the delay for parts. More

In the many years of owning a Ford this. was my first dealing with Currie.There is still great customer service out there and this is defiantly one of those business that qualifies. My service rep Joe Klimek delivered on his word and took care of my Mustang , and the service tech Austin treated my car as it were his own and did an explained everything he did. So next time my pony needs some work I will bring it to Currie and ask for Austin to take care of it More
